Debts piling up? Maybe you're making some of these mistake unknowingly. These mistakes listed below will help you understand where you may be going wrong and how to get back on track quickly. You can be debt free.

Mistake 1. Living Beyond Your Means

This is the real cause of your worry and stress. If you are spending more than you are earning, whose money are you spending? It's the credit card provider's or the bank's. The cost of this money is interest.

The way out - Make a Commitment to yourself only to spend within your income limits. Maybe you could increase your income (or cash in) by applying for more skilled positions, selling some of your unused articles or assets. Is the second car really a necessity? What about working out ways to make your hobby pay for itself?

Why not find ways to reduce your spending? How much would you save each year if you decided not to have the daily coffee shop coffee? Why not make your work lunch each day rather than buying it? Commit to only buying the necessities.

Mistake 2. Paying Off Less Than the Full Credit Card Balance Each Month

Get this debt under control and your life will be much easier. If you are like many others and only pay the minimum balance each month, the interest on the interest makes those purchases oh so expensive.

The way out - Find ways to put aside more money to apply to the credit cards. It will take time to reach this goal. However, if you don't make a start now you may never pay them off. This situation did not occur overnight and neither will the solution. But, by diligence and commitment you'll get there.

Mistake 3. Not Really Knowing Your Financial Situation

Before you can set meaningful goals and develop savings strategies you need to know your financial situation now. The best, proven and tested method by far, is by developing your own personal budget. This is not hard to do. Please don't give up now. Just follow these simple steps:

The way out -
a)Find your latest credit card statements. Write down all the unpaid balances.
b)Are there any other unpaid debts (not home or car) then include these balances as well.
c)List out your (or family) monthly income. Only the amounts "brought home". Include all types of income.
d) Work out your monthly spending. List out where all the money goes. Don't leave anything out.
e) Minus the monthly spending total from the monthly income total and review the answer.
This will give you an initial idea as to whether you are living within your means or on borrowed money.

Mistake 4. Continually Adding to Your Debt

If debt has got you into this situation it is critically important not to add to the state of affairs and thus make it worse.

The way out - cut up the credit cards, keeping only 1 for emergencies. Don't buy on impulse. Ask yourself twice or three times before you buy anything "Do I really need this?" before you hand over your hard-earned money. Don't buy at the height of the fashion or fad. Commit to never paying full retail for anything. Get it on sale or negotiate a lower price.

Mistake 5. Spending All Your Income

It may sound OK to spend any money you earn but there are risks attached to this strategy. How are you going to pay for emergency items? What about major car repairs. What about major electrical appliance replacement? Are you going to pay for these on credit? Bad idea! How are you going to save for a substantial deposit on the next car?

The way out - Once you've prepared your budget you will clearly see what you need to do to put some income aside for other needs such are emergencies and repairs.

Mistake 6. Spending Without Caring About Your Future

Unless you are planning for your future and financial security, you cannot be really happy. There are always worries lurking in your mind about how you would survive in a financial emergency if you have no savings. It can be very rewarding to see how quickly your savings multiply over time with only a small investment each payday.

The way out - Take stock of your life and realize that tomorrow won't look after itself. It needs your attention. Keep some funds aside to put away for your retirement, children's college costs, emergencies, holidays and major purchases.

Avoid these 6 spending mistakes and you'll be well on your way to financial freedom. Guaranteed.

A Three Step Formula For Outrageous Success

Always bear in mind that your own resolution to success is more important than any other one thing," counseled Abraham Lincoln.

This resolution is made up of three essential features.

Success happens when you follow a simple three-step formula.

One, success happens when you have a clear idea of where you want to go.

Two, success happens when you have a strong feeling about the value of what you are doing.

Three, success happens when you are able to do the physical work necessary to rearrange the world to meet with your vision.

Miss any of these three steps and you get what most people get: a life of mediocrity and failure.

Pursue these three steps and you get what most people long for: a life of success, where all needs are effortlessly met.

Thus, success consists of three essential parts: thinking, feeling, and acting.

The thinking stage is making discoveries, creating choices, fashioning goals, and outlining commitments.

This conceptual stage is then followed by an emotional stage.

The emotion is the fuel that fires up the ideas.

This emotional energy is enthusiasm, or en theos which means to be filled with divine energy.

Once we have recognized our goals, we have to feel them.

This feeling stage is what brings the ideas to life.

Once these feelings build up, they form passion. When you are passionate about something, then you are highly motivated and are ready to act.

Sheila Graham explains the value of feeling your way to success:

"You can have anything you want if you want it desperately enough. You must want it with an inner exuberance that erupts through the skin and joins the energy that created the world."

Without strong feelings about your goals, they will be squelched by your own inner comfort zone and your own limiting beliefs.

Furthermore, a single word of criticism from someone or a single obstacle along the way is enough to stop you completely.

Thus, your enthusiasm, your passion, your burning desire is the fuel that converts ideas into actions, and these actions, in turn, will change the shape of your world.

The final stage, then, is action. When you move toward your aspirations, things start to shift and change both within you and around you. Like a blacksmith, you have to hammer the shape of your ideas on the anvil of action.

Yet premature action is foolish. Action that is tempered with a clear ideas and galvanized with passion is action that will get you where you want to go.

The inclination to just act alone is not helpful. Heading in the wrong direction is not of much benefit to you. And acting without burning desire is action that will soon collapse into inertia again.

As you pursue these three essential steps to success, you will create excellence. And you will also find that there is little competition on the road to excellence.

Finding Your True Purpose

From the time I was eight years old, and wrote my first poem, I knew I wanted to be a writer. It felt right, heart and soul. With a burning desire and one-pointed focus, I followed all the right courses through high school and college in a straight path to fulfill my life's purpose.

Then, boom!

I started meditating, and my life opened up to new possibilities. I took advanced courses, became a meditation teacher and set out to help the world. Though my spiritual side continued to actively grow, I married, had babies, but then turned my attention back to writing. I worked for years, writing ten books that my critique group loved, but publishers didn't. As much as I wanted it to, my career as a writer wasn't working.

Then, again, boom!

It was as if that lifetime ended. The desire to write left. Completely. I hadn't a clue about what to do. I'd thought I knew my purpose in life, but suddenly I was searching, like millions of others in the world.

How is your search coming? What is your purpose? You do have a design for your life. It's not working/sleeping/eating/paying bills/working. It's joy and love and fulfillment. It's doing what you - and you alone - were born to do. Do you know what you are here for?

In the Vedas, ancient Indian texts, this is the principle known as "dharma" -- your own true work that nourishes you and society on every level.

Few people know there is such a thing as dharma, settling for whatever is available. Of those who do have an inkling about it, only a handful have the least clue of how to discover what it is.

Do you know your purpose in life? Or care? Most of us do. Many of us have a gut feeling that there must be more to life than meets the casual glance, and that we each have an important role to fulfill. Pay attention to those feelings. That's your intuition at work. It's easy to ignore and easier still to slide past those inward thoughts and get caught up in your normal routine.

We have each created our own pattern. As in clockworks where interlocking gears form set patterns that do not deviate (at least in a well-run clock), most people choose an established path, get on the wheel, and start running in circles for the rest of their lives. These paths could be anything from doctor to lumberjack to executive or anything else.

Some people choose the nearest, easiest path - whatever job is available to earn money to pay the bills. Others go to great lengths to find what they do best, soul searching, taking aptitude tests, going to career counselors, etc. And some people choose well. The ones who are in touch with themselves.

I had prided myself on knowing who I was, After all, I'd been teaching meditation for, by that time, 30+ years and already had a strong inner sense of Self. Still, connecting it to daily activity and finding out what I wanted to do was not easy. And as connected, as in tune as any of us are, we can always connect and refine more. My work had only just begun. I asked myself some hard questions, got some unexpected answers from unexpected sources, and my life has soared. Yours can, too.

What did I do?

I looked at a few self-help books, such as What Color is Your Parachute and Do What You Love, the Money Will Follow. These are classics. There are many other, newer books on the market that can help, too. Among other things, I was advised to make lists of things I like to do, and of talents, skills and interests, along with work experience I'd accumulated. I covered several sheets of paper, then studied the results.

Though I could no longer write them, I still loved books. I'd also had retail experience. Putting that together, I thought I could own a used book store. I moved in that direction, getting more experience by working in a book store, but it was slow.

Then - guess what? Boom! Deja vu!

What I'd thought was a minor interest in my life -- alternative healing systems --paired up with my eternal interest in the development of consciousness, and I was offered the opportunity to co-create, with the Divine, an amazing line of Divine Therapies that work on the most subtle level possible in relative existence. One of them is called "Purpose." It's designed to help you connect all the dots inside you, to bring you more in tune with nature's creative design, and help you not only discover what your true life's purpose is, but to achieve it.

I did not actively look in this area. This idea came unexpectedly, but I was alert and intuitive enough to recognize it when it came. Once you start searching for your purpose, be alert to all tidbits of ideas that come. They just might nudge you in a new, perfect direction.

I found my dharma, and discovered that living life in dharma is far from a rooted, unchanging existence. It moves as you grow, ever widening, ever deepening. It's like catching the right boat moving down the river. Hang on, and help steer! We all do have a purpose. I learned to uncover mine, take steps to achieve it, and I learned how to help steer others to their right path.

Don't give up. Your purpose is waiting for you. The way may be winding, smooth, or rough, but if you're on the right boat on the right river, with the rudder in hand, your boat will take you where you want to go.

Personal Mission Statements and Vision Statements - Empower Your Future

Whether you're a student, family member, employee, entrepreneur or business owner -- somewhere along the way you have or will be asked to focus your interests and goals to define the direction your life will take. Many have faced this moment more than once in their lives. A change in education, marital status, job, or income can bring about real challenges in a person's life. How to handle this change can be the beginning of understanding what is important to you, what you are meant to do, and believing what you are capable of achieving. Understanding begins with creating a personal mission statement.

"A mission statement declares why you exist' says Don Midgett, business consultant and author of Mission and Vision Statements: Your Path to a Successful Business Future,
"It identifies your purpose and reason for being as a personal statement that helps lead you to the work you do on your chosen path."

Your personal vision statement will describe your desired future - what you want to become. Once you have your personal mission statement defined, you can determine your horizon for the future and create a personal vision statement that describes your desired future. Once we have these two statements defined and understood, how we are going to get there starts to make itself known.

Pablo Picasso, the famous 20th century Spanish painter was quoted as having said 'our goals can only be reached through a vehicle of a plan, in which we must fervently believe, and upon which we must vigorously act. There is no other route to success.' The time, the effort in getting to know yourself will you create the life you want.

Joanne S. lost her job she really enjoyed with a major cell phone company. When asked what she thought her job was she replied, selling cell phones. Asked what benefit that supplied to another, Joanne understood that what she actually enjoyed doing was helping others stay connected. She had liked the job she had but now had more options. This is what life is made up of. Some of us though seem to have the knack of making it all seem so easy, while others get caught up in the negativity of the challenge and only see problems ahead of them.

Challenges can consume you if you let them. You can, on the other hand choose to focus on your strengths instead and see challenges as a part of life, which is exactly what they are. If you allow yourself to focus on the difficulty of the challenge, that is what's going to grow in size, yet if you focus on solutions for your dilemma, the chances are you will find one or even more possibilities for solving your problem. Through trying times, we do not want to believe that some good can come out of our challenging periods. Yet, if we look back on the difficult times in our lives, whether it be about a relationship, one's business, an addiction, financial problems or other ... have we not learnt more as a result of each challenge? Have we not grown and become stronger, more compassionate human beings?

I am not saying that we need deny the severity of the challenge and the pain it may be causing. It is essential to feel the emotion that has surfaced to be able to accept the challenge and what it means to us. Give yourself time, but then put on your obstacle boots, do what you have to do about it, do all you can do and when that is done and no more can be achieved at that time, let it go and trust that it will be taken care. Wait and be patient for the right time and then take another step forward. Do not expect that allchallenges can be solved immediately. Some need time and there always seems to be a reason for this. When challenges arise do not think you are being singled out and punished. Challenges are the stuff life is made of. However, how you choose to overcome the challenge will determine your rate of success.

In the words of Mark Victor Hansen, “Don’t wait until everything is just right. It will never be perfect. There will always be challenges, obstacles and less than perfect conditions. So what!. Get started now. With each step you take, you will grow stronger and stronger, more and more skilled, more and more successful.”

What Is The Meaning Of Life?

An excerpt from, “Why Take a Boat When You Can Walk On Water”?

Throughout time, man has struggled with his own destiny. Where, in the scheme of things does man fit in? What is the human condition and is man accountable for his own conditional state? Is there a God that administers man’s fate? Can man be successful in love and business and still have an intimate relationship with God? Should man be uplifted to the world? Is mankind enslaved to evil? There are so many questions that plagues the mind of man. I remember as a child I used to feel like an orphan, lost and forgotten. I had a wonderful father, mother and two sisters, yet I felt as if I were alone in a foreign place. I would lie on the lawn at night and stare at the heavens, thinking, why am I here, where did I come from, what is my purpose? .As a childish mind would have it, I simply couldn’t see the reasoning behind my being. I felt God had abandon me, and I could not restore ourrelationship . Over time, I quit seeking God and became infatuated with the world. Even as the world became my reality the question was still in the back of my mind. I could not keep from wondering why and who I was. An awareness began to creep into my mind that added to the feeling of not belonging to the world. I will attempt to stay on course and tell you how I was enlightened and how my experiences may shed some light on you in your search for God. It is my best intention to convey some insight of reason through our shared position in God’s purpose

Please, LORD, Make The Confusion Go Away!

This text is an account of a confused boy turning into a wayward man and his struggle with his own condition and God’s involvement in it. Apparently, there are many questions that go unanswered simply because people do not ask or fear asking the questions in the first place. They fear rejection from their peers and worse they fear the answers to their questions because they don’t want to know their true condition. They see themselves as something, that in most cases, they are not. Sick is sick no matter if you know it or not. You can’t make it go away, so you may as well face it and work on getting well.

But as it is written, “Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.” 1 Corinthians 29

Our relationship to God’s creation is a mystery in our eyes, and God wants it that way because if everything were known, there would be no faith. People simply can’t understand that they are as much a part of the creation as dirt itself. Truly, mankind couldn’t take the full measure of God’s revelation that’s one reason why God protects people from knowingthe creation . The fact is; we see hear and feel in narrow ranges. Most colors and sounds are outside of our range of experience. If man could hear and see everything, then God Himself would be revealed, and God said no man hath seen me. He is beyond our comprehension and we are humbled at His presence and fear his mighty power. Even lowly angles instill fear in man when they come into his presence.

And he said unto them, Unto you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without, all these things are done in parables: 12That seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand; lest at any time they should be converted, and their sins should be forgiven them. Mark 4:11

Ephesians 3:2 if, indeed, ye did hear of the dispensation of the grace of God that was given to me in regard to you, 3 that by revelation He made known to me the secret, according as I wrote before in few words 4 in regard to which ye are able, reading it, to understand my knowledge in the secret of the Christ, 5 which in other generations was not made known to the sons of men, as it was now revealed to His holy apostles and prophets in the Spirit
Ephesians 3:9 And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ: 10 To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God, 11 According to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord: 12 In whom we have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of him.

THE NEVER ENDING CREATION
“And the Creation is Everlasting. “

Gen 9:16 And the bow shall be in the cloud; and I will look upon it, that I may remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that [is] upon the earth.

God, being timeless, is reveling Himself in his creation. If the creation is an unveiling of God, then, it has to be timeless also. Ever changing, but nevertheless timeless.

And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you. Exodus 3:14

So, if physical man in his limitations, and short duration, is to have an eternal relationship with an eternal God, and God with man, certain protocols must be followed. I will attempt to uncover some of the mysteries that God has placed upon mankind and perhaps help some people understand those protocols better.

Now to him that is of power to establish you according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since the world began, 26But now is made manifest, and by the scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the everlasting God, made known to all nations for the obedience of faith: Romans 16:25

God reveals His mysteries to man in accordance to man’s level of acceptance and willingness to participate with Him and His character. As I have said before, it is not within the comprehension of man to understand that which is outside his physical reality. Man can only function within the limits placed on him by God. God encompasses all things while man, on the other hand, only experiences what God allows within man’s domain.

Mar 4:11 And he said unto them, Unto you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without, all [these] things are done in parables:

The ability of man to adapted to God’s nature unfolds in his effort to demonstrate his created likeness of God. Kept in darkness, exposed to light, and left to contemplatehis own destiny, has left man to his own explorations and resolve. Has Satan turned man’s mind inward in a attempt to mask God’s wrath or is it a matter of man’s arrogance which is part ofhis own divine nature? The fact is, Satan cannot turn man away from God. Man has to make the decision.

Gal 6:8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.

2Th 2:11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie :12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

So, God will give the unrighteous over to his/her own delusions. The thing is, if you chase a rabbet long enough you will catch him. If you turn away from God long enough, He will let you go. Now, that’s just plain sad.

Who is Man, and why was he created in the first place?

And God created man, in His own image and after His own kind. As an extension of Himself like Jesus and the Holy Spirit. Notice, He said, “Let us make man in Our image after our likeness.” This means God made man in accordance toHis own nature as an image of His nature. He wasn’t just talking about a mirror image, but man was to have depth in the characteristics of His total being. When Jesus said,’ if you hath seen me, ye have also seen my Father’ was he speaking on our behalf also? If God isthe creation He is also the creature and physically known then by its’ image.

John 14:8 Philip saith unto him, Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us.
:9 Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?

Ps 144:3 Jehovah, what is man that Thou knowest him? Son of man, that Thou esteemest him?
Ge 1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. 27So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

But why did God make man?

Php 2:13 For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.

So, God created the universe and everything in it, for His own pleasure. In doing so, He wanted a creature to converse with. He created an extension of Himself so He may experience man’s consciousness as he went about replenishing the earth, subdue it and have dominion over it. But, why go through all this trouble? Why not make man like the lesser creatures, docile and submissive?

Revelation 4:1Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created,

Ah, so there you have it again, man was created for God’s own pleasure, and to share with God as He went about revealing Himself. Ah Ha! Now it’s starting to make since. What an honor! Helping God to experience His revealing of Himself, WOW! God gave man certain responsibilities and duties so man could develop in complementing His design. God does not need man in His ultimate plan but in order to experience His own handiwork, He elected to actively take part within His creation by making a creature of Himself, like Himself and for Himself. And why man? Because it pleasures Him to do so.

Man (Adam) chose to turn away from God’s instruction in the garden and God’s pleasure turned into disappointment. Adam took a probability and validated its reality For thousands of years man has endured tribulation because of one man’s (Adam’s) disobedience and man’s turning toward self before God.

Romans 5:12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned: 13(For until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no law. 14Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam’s transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come.

It seems sin was only a probability but was not active until Adam willfully disobeyed God.

So, here mankind is, caught in the sins of their forefathers. And, while trying to reconcile to God for the transgressions of their forefathers, they become mired down in their own disobediences.

While this writing is directed at how far man can go in his relationships, responsibility and abilities . . . it also must deal with opposing issues as well. The question of Christian’s success in worldly matters will come to view later.

God, Creation, Man, Principals and other orders all become intertwined in a net of laws and dispositions in a foundation of actuality. Where Man fits into God’s creation will a focus as we study the driving forces that involve man within the world. Does mankind simply choose to exhibit God through religion, or is religion man’s attempt at regulating self? The early church and to an extent present day churches, use religion to keep man under control. In the early Church, the fear of God kept people subdued, now God is portrayed as Love and man, goes willingly toward his/her own destruction.

Even though Christian’s were given the promise of God and Jesus sealed our fate with his blood, many look to the false promises of the world for satisfaction. The world is the reality of preference because it has been accepted as mankind’s awareness. When a Christian accepts the world as their provider, they also accept the possibility of the evil that it possesses. Evil is no more than a concept until allowed by man. Man is the only creature that can bring the principle of evil into force. Satan cannot bring evil onto man and God won’t. Man has to be the contributor to his own fate.

Earth is that part of creation that is within man’s power and under his dominion. But, it still belongs to God, is under God’s laws and is a gift to man. Earth was not given to Satan, it was entrusted to mankind as its’ caretaker. Satan only reveals principles of evil upon a earthly realm. Heaven, on the other hand, is that part of creation that exclusively belongs to God and only He has dominion over it. Man is invited into it only after he has made reconciliation to God through the blood of Jesus Christ. Man is not capable of entering Heaven on his own, he must show repentance to Jesus Christ and be born as a new person in Jesus, to be accepted, then upon physical death he/she can be resurrected into Heaven.

In Conclusion
Creation responds to the will of God alone. The world cannot find its purpose within itself. This makes a relationship between God and the world essential because all things find their reality in God. God equips all there is, and the world acknowledges His presence in their freely receiving of it. The world centers in God, not because it is illusory, but because it was created as a relationship for God’s pleasure. God is revealing Himself by projecting Himself through His creation, and mankind is an intricate part of His design.

Relaxation Techniques to Combat Stress

With the increased pressures of modern life more and more people find it difficult to switch off and relax at the end of the day. This can lead to sleepless nights which creates further anxiety that can make life feel more unbearable.

Eventually this can create a feeling of being overwhelmed or stressed out. However, there are lifestyle changes that you can make in order to reduce your stress and promote relaxation in your life:

1) Get regular massages
We all know about the reputed benefits of a massage in aiding relaxation of the body and mind. Whilst you could get a partner or close friend to give your shoulders, back or feet a good rub down, to truly feel long-term benefits you should enlist the services of a trained professional to give you regular massages.

Don't think of this as an indulgent treat but rather an essential part of your well-being routine. For as well as relaxing the muscles (and making you feel as chilled out as an Eskimo), the benefits of regular massage include improved blood flow and a boosted immune system.

2) Hang up your phone
When you leave the office you need to be able to switch off from work - and that includes your phone! This is important to do as once your work colleagues get into the habit of being able to contact you at all hours they will. Remember, the phone is there for your convenience, not just the caller's.

3) Compile some chillout tunes
Put together or buy a CD of relaxing music to ease your mind and help you switch off from the outside world. Research has shown that even from the womb relaxing/classical music can be beneficial in promoting well-being.

4) Read a good book
Emily Dickinson wrote, " There is not frigate like a book to take us lands away," which is a great way to sum up the way in which reading a good book can help you to get your mind off your worries - if only for a while.

5) Practice yoga
Yoga is a great way to escape from everything going on around by taking you into your own little world. As well as being a good form of working out, it can help you to build your self esteem and confidence, helping you to bring about a positive change in your life.

6) Drink herbal teas
Herbals teas such as peppermint and chamomile make better options than caffeine-infused drinks such as tea and coffee. The key to helping you to adapt your choice is to try different types until you find flavours which suit you taste buds. Many varieties are now widely supplied at most supermarkets.

7) Eat Right
All too often, and perhaps because of the hype of all the fad diets out there, people underestimate the impact of diet on our health and well-being. Simple steps such as cutting down on caffeine, alcohol and food high in fat or calories can produce beneficial effects such as helping you to feel healthier and less highly strung out or irritable.

8) Work Out
Now we're not talking about hours every day or "going for the burn." If you haven't exercised for a while you will want to take it easy and start off with manageable sessions. As well as the physical benefits of exercise, regular sessions can help to reduce your anxiety levels as "feel good" hormones are released.

9) Breathe
It's just like they say when you have a moment in which you feel you're going to have a meltdown. Take a deep breath and count to ten. Whilst this is a good start, you should aim to set aside time to sit down relax and focus on your breathing to the point that it slows down and feel more in control.

10) Get back to basics
Escape the hustle and bustle of your everyday stresses and strains by getting out to the countryside or a place close to nature. This can often provide the space you need to clear your mind, find focus and perhaps inspiration.

Stop Smoking – Your Guide to Stop Smoking

No matter what the reason was when a person began to smoke, the health risks proven to be caused by smoking has many smokers doing whatever they can to stop smoking. In order to stop smoking, a person needs to stop using all types of smoking tobacco products, which isn’t as easy as it sounds. Smoking tobacco contains a substance called nicotine, which is an alkaloid poison that occurs in tobacco. Nicotine is highly addictive, which is the reason why most people are not able to stop smoking with some kind of help.

There are a number of approaches a person can use when they are ready to stop smoking including the help of doctors and medicine. Most people have probably seen advertisements for a variety of products geared toward helping people to stop smoking. It is universally agreed upon that smoking is not safe or healthy for the smoker and those around that person and smokers who value their health and the health of their loved ones should stop smoking. In fact, smokers who have successfully stopped smoking report that they feel much healthier, have extra cash that isn’t being spent on tobacco products and they know that they have significantly decreased their risks of developing a tobacco-related disease.

One of the most effective means in which a person can try to stop smoking is to have a strong support network, group or even a cognitive behavioral therapist help them along the way. If a person chooses to see their doctor for help to stop smoking, their doctor is likely to offer that person medication in addition to advising the person to find support to stop using tobacco. Any person who decides to use medication from their doctor should be aware that some of the options available for help to stop smoking are addictive by themselves and could lead to other problems.

To begin searching for the best way to stop smoking, it is a good idea to see a doctor and ask about quitting and the help that is available. There are a number of techniques available including nicotine gum, self-help books and going ‘cold turkey’ as well as alternative methods including hypnosis, acupuncture, nutritional nicotine detoxification and other paths.

One of the key factors that plays a very important role in how successful a person can be in their efforts to stop smoking is how committed the are to seriously quit their bad habit and to stay on that path. One cigarette here or there can truly undo any good that has already been done. One of the major benefits provided by support systems for people who are trying to quit is to offer ideas on what to do when the urge to smoke becomes overwhelming due to stress or other triggering situations. Not all smokers will succeed in their attempt to stop smoking their first time and should be aware that they are not alone. It takes most smokers several tries before finding the right path and strength in order to stop smoking successfully.

You Have To Prepare Yourself To Be Able Quit Smoking For Good

It is a well known fact that smoking is highly addictive, and many smokers have a very difficult time quitting. Besides the physical component of the addiction, there is also a psychological one: smoking is socially acceptable in many situations, and, of course, entirely legal. For these reasons it can be doubly difficult to quit smoking, especially if you have friends who smoke, or you regularly go to places that you associate with smoking. One of the first things you should so when attempting to quit smoking to adequately prepare yourself. Quitting doesn't begin with merely stopping one day - you should prepare yourself in advance in order to ensure success.

The psychological element of your smoking addiction has a lot to do with daily habits. The reason that smoking can become so difficult to quit is because the act entrenches itself into your daily life and routines, to the point where you give it little thought. Before they start to seriously think about quitting, most smokers will likely agree that smoking is simply something they do - it's not something they are particularly aware of on a day to day level.

So the first thing you should do to prepare yourself to quit smoking is to change your smoking habits: switch the brand of cigarettes you smoke, smoke at times of the day you don't normally, smoke with your other hand. All these things work towards making you more aware of what you are doing when you smoke, and making smoking integrate itself less seamlessly with your other activities.

Another good example of this is to make the following rule for yourself: when you smoke, you are not allowed to do anything else. So for example: no smoking while reading, no smoking while using the computer, etc. Force yourself to do nothing but sit and think about cigarettes when you smoke. This exercise will serve too functions: first of all, it will make you think about smoking much more, and ideally about how you're going to quit smoking; and second, depending on how much you smoke, it will make you aware of the time you waste doing it. For most people, the habit will seem much more severe - and thus there will be much more motivation to stop - when you add up all the minutes spent doing it.

To quit smoking is a serious undertaking, and you want to do everything in your power to ensure a high chance of success. Too many smokers simply try and quit cold turkey, and while this can be effective for some people, for most it doesn't work, and when you fail it will become harder to work up the morale to try again. By thinking of your plan to quit smoking as a long term one, you do yourself a lot of favors. So remember that the act of quitting smoking begins long before you stub out the final cigarette: you should adequately prepare yourself for weeks beforehand by making abrupt changes in your smoking habits.

How Can Setting A Simple Budget Set You Financially Free?

Budgeting is an effective way to save money, eliminate debt, and create a good financial situation for you. As you know, however, it is also one of the biggest investments too. For this reason, good financial planning well in advance of attending the university of your choice is essential. You will want to create a budget and consider everything - not just tuition but also reasonable living costs. Unfortunately, sometimes budgeting simply isn't enough - and that's where federal grants come into play.

1. Grant Or Scholarship - What's The Difference?

The main difference between a grant and a scholarship is that a scholarship has far more restrictions placed upon it than a grant. Both grants and scholarships are non-repayable, that is, unlike a loan you don't have to pay them back when you are done your schooling, which basically means you're getting free money. So if at all possible, try to get a grant or a scholarship. Scholarships are for specific academic or athletic categories, whereas grants are awarded primarily on financial need only.

2. Raising Your Chances

There are a few things you can do to raise your chances of being eligible for financial assistance. The first and most important thing you can do is get good grades in school - good grades not only might qualify you for a scholarship, but they also make your chances a lot better of being accepted to the university of your choice.

3. Grants To The Rescue

Of course, what if you're not as smart as those students? What will you do to get into college by not spending a lot of money? The government can provide you money for college students who are in need of financial aid. This is called the Free Application for Federal Student Aid or FAFSA. This is a form of grant that will determine how much your family's financial strength is. You can fill out a FAFSA form in your school or via the internet in the FAFSA website at www.fafsa.ed.gov - Not only students who have financial difficulty should do this but everyone should do it. This will substantially decrease the amount you will spend to pay for college and can lessen the burden for your parents.

4. Have The Following Information Ready

- Social Security Number
- Latest W-2 forms and other records of money earned.
- Federal Income Tax Return of your parents.
- Permanent Residence Card if a non US citizen.
- Drivers license

http://risingup.freehostia.com/grants.htm

Free Government Grants In The US

If you are looking for a way to pay your way through your new business, your schooling, or the purchasing of a new home, chances are you might already be qualified for financial aid. The absolute best type of financial aid is a grant, because grants do not have to be repaid. One of the most important things you can do during your lifetime is take advantage of the social support systems that are there for you. It's definitly worth looking into.

1. No Credit Checks

Government grants do not require a credit check, collateral or a security deposit. All you have to be is a US citizen or a certified landed immigrant. Free government grants are giving out over a million dollars everyday to people who are in need of money.

2. Low-Income Grants

If you don't want to stray from the normal avenues for getting financial aid, you should definately consider a grant. Mostly low-income families are the ones provided with this grant. The grant can also be used in repairing a house, in renting, as payment for mortgage and monthly bills. Never be ashamed to admit you are in need of financial aid. If the government wants to give you free money, let them!

2. What Can You Spend It On?

- A new car
- Groceries
- Gas
- Everyday living costs
- Tuition fees
- School supplies, books, etc
- Medication
- Etc

3. Small Business Grants

A person who wants to start a new business or is wishing to develop his or her existing business should immediately go to any government agencies that provide free grants. This may be unbelievable but it is true. People living in the United States of America are provided with the free government grants. There are an estimated eight million businesses in the United States. If each business will apply for an equal share, they would certainly get a grant that is 70,000 dollars or so.

4. How To Get A Grant

The first and most important step is to know how and where to apply. Only after you have made your application can you recieve funds. Remember the U.S government is literally giving away money. The advantages of this system are clear for those in need. Even if youre not the most needy person, go ahead and apply - grants do not have to be repaid so there is no risk involved. Why not give it a try? There's nothing to lose, and tons to gain!

http://risingup.freehostia.com/grants.htm

The Power of Thought

The Power of Thought

Who you are today and the reality you have created are a result of your thoughts - your thoughts about what is possible and what’s not. These thoughts are influenced by your spirituality – your purpose - who you see yourself being, and your beliefs and values.

Look around you. Perhaps you see a chair. This chair is real and exists in time and space. Yet before it came into being, it first existed as a thought. In fact, everything in the room existed as a thought at some point in someone’s mind. Who you are today and the reality you have created are a result of your thoughts - your thoughts about what is possible and what’s not. These thoughts are influenced by your spirituality – your purpose - who you see yourself being, and your beliefs and values.

It is said that a person has over 60,000 thoughts every day. That’s over forty thoughts a minute! Yet, of the 60,000 thoughts you have today, ninety percent of these are the same as the 60,000 you had yesterday and the day before, leaving little room for new thoughts. No wonder life can seem tedious at times. Unless you start to think differently, you are destined to continue to create and repeat the same old reality every day. Is it not time to change your thoughts, live your dreams and let reality catch up?

Most of our thoughts and actions are habits, and we go through the same motions each day, with little change in our behaviors or outlook. What would happen if you challenged these habits or customs? If you were to step out of your comfort zone and explore new ideas or new ways of doing things? Would your life not change as a result?

Often our thoughts are about not measuring up, being incapable or inadequate, avoiding failure or beating ourselves up because we did not say or do the right thing. Just as thought preceded the creation of the chair, your thoughts precede the reality that you create for yourself.

The future lies ahead of you, determined by your current thoughts. These are the only thoughts over which you have any control. What thoughts will you choose for yourself that will be the cause of a different future for you?

Thought is a form of energy. Does this energy propel you forward or hold you back? You have a choice about the thoughts you think. How many times in the past have you chosen to disregard your positive thoughts and focus on your negative thoughts? At this moment, if you were to be at cause and to focus on your positive thoughts while discounting your negative thoughts, how would your life change?

“You become what you think about.”
– Earl Nightingale

To realize your dreams, pay attention to what is happening around you. Be curious. Notice how your thoughts about yourself, your thoughts about others and your thoughts about what others may be thinking of you influence what you are able to achieve. Start to think, see and experience things, people, places and events in new ways. Recognize what happens when you begin to think differently about yourself and what you are capable of achieving.

A Family Budget to Help Organize Finances

Most people create a family budget to organize their household finances. While others utilize a budget to get out of debt as fast as possible. Today there is a powerful tool that helps anyone who is serious about household budgeting accomplish all their financial goals.

What is a family budget?

A family budget is a set of instructions or laid-out-in-advance procedures which act as a guide to paying your bills, buying things members of the family need, putting aside some money as savings, and so on and so forth. Nobody in your household should spend any money, outside of an absolute emergency, whenever doing so would cause the household to go over the family budget.

The family budget tells you your financial spending and consumption limits for a given period of time, usually for one month that based upon the following:

* Your household's total income,
* Your debt load (including taxes),
* Your regularly occurring expenses such as your electricity or phone bill
* The lifestyle you want to maintain or realize.

All family budgets are intended to help you realize your goals and take care of all immediate needs, such as food, for yourself and your family while at the same time getting your household to make more money than it spends.

What makes a family budget successful?

The cornerstone of a successful family budget, or any budget, is by making sure that more money is brought in than goes out. You cannot realize your financial goals and lifestyle dreams if you and your family members are spending money that you don't have. If you are living in debt, you must assure that your household income is greater than your consumption expenses every week, month, or yearly quarter. The most important goal of creating the family budget is to get yourself out of debt, and to do so as fast as possible.

How does creating and then maintaining an effective family budget work?

It all begins with preparation and thinking ahead. The word economics literally means "household management" in its Greek root. Apart from making sure all the people in the house gets along decently, the financial part of household management is the most important part.

You should draw up a plan of expenditures and you must follow it. If you do it right, you should be able to maintain your current lifestyle, and have enough money for recreation and leisure (which are important to mental and emotional health). But, maintaining this budget could mean changing certain spending habits. If that's the case, you and all your family members who are working will need to comply with the family budget.

At least for most of us, money is limited. This means you need to prioritize how you spend your money. When most of your immediate needs are taken care of, your family budget will guide you to pay down your most pressing or outstanding debts first. For the vast majority of people, this will be their mortgage or credit card debt.

Pay Yourself First

Creating a family budget, however, also works on the principle of "paying yourself first". This means that you put aside as much money as your budget permits toward savings and investments. Your "investments" might be a money market account, CD at your bank, or it might be some stock investments made with the guidance of a financial professional. But at any rateHealth Fitness Articles, you must make sure that you take some of your income off the top before you get down to the business of paying the supermarket for your food and then paying the bank for your mortgage.

A Household Budgeting Tool that Works

United First Financial has a proprietary software program called the Money Merge Account. This unique software is designed to help you calculate with pinpoint accuracy how to balance your household finances to achieve the maximum debt pay down per period while still meeting all of your household's financial dreams and goals. The Money Merge Account is an incredible tool that anyone serious about household budgeting should look into.

Must Have Guide On Using A PC To Organize Your Finances

Looking for Budget Software? Manage your finances? Perhaps your just looking for the cheapest software?

Millions of people use Internet banking everyday, and with good reason. By having access to your bank account from the comfort of your own home you are given enormous benefits aside from simply queuing time at the bank. To start with, you have all the information you need regarding your finances, at the tip of your fingers 365 days a year, 24/7. There is no need to wait for that bank statement or hold for ages on ridiculous telephone queues. You know the ones - "press 1 if you wish to be taken to even more options, press 2 if you are wearing red underpants, press 3 if you are aware we are charging you obscene amounts of money for this call". Don't we all hate those? They should be illegal in my opinion. Internet banking eliminates all of this hassle and saves us time and money. Well, did you know that you could actually take this a stage further by using Budgeting software?

Online banking is one thing, but what if you want a whole solution to organise and keep of your finances without spending hours with a calculator? What if you need to simplify your tax returns without paying an accountant? Welcome to the world of Budget Software. There are plenty of ways in which you can manage your finances with the help of your PC. Finding the right package for you however can be a little trickier. There are two main ways of doing this. First of all you can use a budgeting spreadsheet. This is the simplest way of keeping track of things. You can either create one yourself using a program like Excel, or you can download one, (often for free) that will cover most types of personal finances. This is a good start but options here are a little limited.

If you really want to get, and keep those finances in order then I suggest using budget software. Depending on how you want to spend, (if anything) and your specific needs there are some truly amazing software packages out there that will take care of just about everything, and more. Companies like Quicken have even partnered with over 5100 banks and other financial institutions to enable their software to automatically pay your bills for you! By using the simple guides and wizards once you've initially installed your software you can have things up and running in no time. The software I use even has a built in debt-reduction planner which has proved very useful in the past. It finds out exactly how much you owe, the amount you can afford to repay each month, and how ling it will take you to pay off your debt.

There are so many features that software like this can bring you, it would be virtually impossible to list them all. Decide on your budget first of all. A good package will start at around $20 and range up to about $80, so we are not talking mega money here. Find the three you like the most and then compare each of the features to see which one matches your needs best. It may take you a little while to chooseFree Articles, but once you have it will be worth it's weight in gold. Literally.

Herbal supplements for depression

Depression
is a disorder of mind. these are symptoms of the early stages of depression.

Depression in later stages creates a seemingly incompatibility between the victim and other people, and they find themselves silent when it's time to speak up at work, or in social situations.

Dealing with others, even dealing with themselves becomes nearly impossible, and they see no hope or purpose for living, and begin to consider ending it all.

To avoid this unhappy result, early detection is essential, and help is out there for people who suffer with Depression, and with early detection, it is possible to end the suffering, and get back to healthy living
with the right treatments an/or medication.

See a doctor now, if you or a loved one exhibit symptoms of depressionFree Articles, it really is a matter of life or death.

An Amazing Solution For Single Working Mothers

Single mothers if you've been working 40 hours a week to cope up with your responsibilities and needs, but you just hate what you do because you miss being with your children and also miss spending time with them as they grow? You need not get worried; here is a really great and amazing solution for single moms or for that matter anyone out there who wants to work but yet take care of their children or people who hate the work they are doing or even people who like to be their own boss. The solution to all this is a work at home business.

It is really very easy all you need is a computer and an internet connection to start making the money of your dreams. And instead of a regular 9 to 5 jobs where you would have to travel through the heavy traffic for 2 hours everyday and then sit at work continuously and also being pestered by your boss. Now you could avoid all this, make your home your office; get up at anytime, sleep at anytime and above all work at any time you like. And very often you make more money even though you work just for a few hours. And to top it all, you would have no boss to monitor you.

Then you might be wondering why people follow the same daily routine? Then why do they press and stress themselves with the corporate life? Do they do all this just for a paycheck? Today when you can earn money in a much easier way, then why do they put up with all these struggles? I think we should stop putting up with such craziness; we need to slow down and enjoy life. And the best way to do this is to start a 'Work at Home Business'.

And while selecting a particular business opportunity, you need to thoroughly check it up so that you are sure that you are not dealing with a scam, the company and employer are legitimate. Receiving an education from a college or university allows you to have a career that might otherwise be out of your reach. One of the stumbling blocks many prospective students come across is finding the funds to pay for their college education. A college degree isn't cheap and someone needs to pay for it. You need to decide if it will be you or someone else.

Scholarships
A scholarship is typically a merit-based monetary award provided by a college or a foundation based upon some predetermined criteria. Scholarships are not only for great athletes or excellent students. There are many scholarships available based upon community service, standardized test scores or other criteria.

Scholarships don't have to be repaid, which is the good thing. Some scholarships are one-time awards and others may be renewable yearly. Most renewable scholarships require students to maintain a certain grade point average. Otherwise, the scholarship may be lost.

Grants
Grants can be given out by the government or by private organizations. The main difference between a scholarship and a grant is that grants are usually awarded based upon financial need or some other type of criteria other than scholastic achievement. However, there are some exceptions.

Most grants awarded by the government are based upon need. It must be determined that you cannot pay for college on your own, based upon your family income and the cost of the education.

There are a limited number of grants available, so not all applicatns will receive a grant.

Military Funding
If you, your spouse, or either of your parents are currently members of a branch of the military, or have been military members in the past, you may be eligible for military funding for your education. Military funding is similar to scholarships and grants in that it does not need to be repaid.

To find out if you are eligible for military funding for your college education, check with your commanding officer.

College Fund
Your parents or other relatives may have set up a college fund for you. A college fund is contributed to over the course of several years and it is used when you decide to enroll in college.

The amount of money in your college fund may not cover all your college expenses. If it is not enough, you can suppliment it with another source of funds.

Student Loans
Taking out a loan is one of the last ways you can fund your college education. The main drawback of student loans versus other funding is that the loans must be paid back once you receive your degree. usually the benefits of your education will greatly outweigh the cost of the loan, making it a realistic way of funding your higher education.

Understand The Different Causes Of Teen Depression

Understand The Different Causes Of Teen Depression

Author: Ian Ellison

It is important to understand the causes of teen depression, and that every teenager goes through physical and emotional changes that will affect the way the act, think and feel. Almost fifty percent of all marriages end in divorce, and many wonder how people can maintain their relationships over their entire lives. To that end, we've created this article to help showcase some tips that can help you to get through the rough spots in your relationship and keep you happy throughout the duration of your courting.

- It's important to keep a light mood in a relationship. While trust and maturity are important to a relationship, it's important to be lighthearted. Relationships are supposed to make us happy; many of us often forget this simple fact and end up getting nothing but grief and stress. Be sure that you can joke with your partner, and that they can poke fun at you.

- Try your best not to focus on your differences. If the two of you are in disagreement on a topic, discuss it once and then try to avoid the issue if you're still in conflict. The more differentiation between the two individuals in a relationship, the more problems generally arise. For that reason, it's important to keep conflicts to a minimum.

- Keep things interesting. While routines can be simple to follow, it's important to think outside of the box in your relationship to keep an aspect of excitement present. Take a spontaneous trip, or pick up a new hobby with your loved one to help add a little touch of excitement to the relationship. It often works wonders in helping couples that have been going through the same motions for years and years.

- Be sure to forgive each other when problems arise. The more that you let a problem stew inside of you, the more likely you are to blow up when the issue comes up in conversation. That's not fair for your partner, so discuss things as they need to be discussed, and then leave the issues in the past unless a future experience merits further discussion of it.

- If living together, or seeing each other altogether too often, it's important to get some time away from your loved one. Being apart for a little while shows you that the things that you may take for granted in your relationship may be more important than you realize. Being able to lead your own lives is important in a relationship, and it is not a factor that should be brushed to the side.

Try to earn money while working at home by learning about home based business.

Author: pompyfzr

Using herbal breast enhancement, many woman claim, allows the body to naturally increase breast size. Most importantly, this safer alternative to surgery, allows women to have control over what is happening to their body.

Common Anxiety Attack Symptoms

Author: AdrianFletcher

You may remember times when you had to speak at some public function and the unpleasant feelings that preceded it. It may even dredge up unpleasant thoughts even now just thinking about it. Did you feel nauseous, weak-kneed, and shaky? These are noted common anxiety panic attack symptoms. Perhaps you began to perspire copiously or forgot your whole presentation and felt like you had to escape. What you experienced is an anxiety attack that some people have to deal with on a daily basis.

Anxiety attacks are something everyone has gone through to some extent. A person's fear of speaking in public may expand to include fears of making phone calls, speaking at conferences and interacting with colleagues, as other manifestations of anxiety attack symptoms. The increase in number and intensity of anxiety attack symptoms can cause serious relationship issues that affect a persons interpersonal life and career.

If an individual is experiencing anxiety-related career issues, he may have symptoms while commuting to the office. This may then cause him to try to avoid driving at any time, not only when en route to work. During a social conversation, if someone brings up his job, he may also develop anxiety attack symptoms, and that may cause him to avoid social situations.

All of us have suffered from anxiety attack symptoms of varying degrees. Quite a few people only experience anxiety attack symptoms in certain types of situations. Often it is something that is disliked or feared for some reason, like making a speech, dealing with insects or having to deal with heights. For most people, a specific stimulus or situation triggers anxiety attacks.

For some, anxiety attack symptoms will only arise when faced with an item that they don't like. It could be things like spiders, climbing a ladder, or public speaking. There are even some people who will get similar anxiety attack symptoms if they are shown a book or magazine that includes pictures of spiders in books, videos, or movies, or even just listening to another individual tell a story about a spider.

Patients who go through an intense, heightened level of anxiety report that the number and types of things that can set off anxiety attack symptoms seem to spiral out of control. One thing sets off another, like a chain reaction of anxiety.

Anxiety triggers will often set off even more triggers and this is a serious problem for those with anxiety attack symptoms. Discuss your anxiety attack symptoms with your health care provider or therapist. He or she can provide help to you. Anxiety is a very common disorder that most people don't realize is a treatable disorder and often feel they have to put up with. There's no need to suffer alone and help can be highly effective.

Strategic Ways to Cope With Social Phobia

Author: gonzaga.marco

Social phobia, also referred to as social anxiety disorder, is a common psychological condition in the United States. This condition is characterized as having an intense fear or anxiety in social interaction that leads to physiological and emotional distress.

People suffering from social phobia may find it difficult to deal with different situations in their daily lives. But if they are given proper treatment, the incapacitating effects of social anxiety disorder can be effectively managed.

The following are some tips that can help social phobia sufferers to strategically deal with their condition:

Consult with a mental healthcare professional.
Having proper diagnosis with a mental healthcare professional is essential. Licensed and experienced psychologists are the only ones who can help patients in correctly diagnose and explain their condition.

Determine all available and recommended medications for social phobia.
The psychologists and the psychiatrists should be the only ones to recommend and prescribe medications to patients suffering from social phobia. They are the ones who can reliably explain different medication treatment options to patients.

Consider cognitive behavioral therapy or CBT.
To be administered by a psychotherapist, the cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a treatment for social anxiety disorder that can change the way patients behave and think in various social situations.

Join a support program for social phobia patients.
Group interaction is a good form of treatment for those suffering from social anxiety disorder. A patient should consider joining support group, for this gives him or her the opportunity to gain emotional support from fellow sufferers. This is also a perfect way for a patient to practice his or her social interaction skills.

Seek support from family and friends.
It is very important for a patient to discuss his or her condition with family and friends, for this will make the people closest to the patient to better understand his or her condition as well as will help him or her make a stronger network of support group.

3 Rules To Make Life Easier

Yes, there are a set of rules! If you follow them even a little bit, you can be certain that you will really start to fly! The rules can help you navigate through life with grace and ease. A deeper insight about any of the following 3 rules will change your reality immediately:

Rule #1: When you are making a change, you will more than likely experience some initial pain but it will fade;this is a certainty.

I have been reading Joel Osteen's new release, "Become a Better You: 7 Keys to Improving Your Life Every Day
". I'm a big fan of Joel who is the head pastor of Lakewood Church in Houston. Joel writes about the idea of getting through the initial pain of change as way of creating a new positive habit. And that the pain will fade in time. This really struck me. If we can just accept that there is going to be some initial pain and discomfort this could be very powerful.

Here is an example: Right now, I am going thru a big block with my personal hiking. It's been over a month since I've hiked by myself. I have learned that when I am hiking and writing, I am in much better place spiritually! But for a number of weeks now, I just can't seem to get in the car and get myself on the trail. It feels almost painful because I have to push myself. But when I heard Joel's rule, it really freed me. I just simply accepted that there will some pain and that it might feel like walking thru mud but it will fade. And it worked! As always, a few minutes into the hike, I felt great.

Rule #2: When you ask your Creator to enlarge your territory, the "border bullies" will show up!

In the Jabez Prayer, made famous by Reverend Bruce Wilkerson, one of the lines is a request "to enlarge my territory". This refers to enlarging your spiritual territory. Now, when you invoke this line you can be pretty sure that the "border bullies" are going to show up! The bullies come in all shapes and sizes. Two years ago, I stumbled onto a great office space and had two weeks to give the landlord a decsion.

So I initiated an experiment: I wasn't going to get into thinking about whether to move but just allow my wisdom to give me an insight. I was changing my process around making a very big decsion. This is good example of enlarging your territory. Well, five days into it, I noticed the phone hadn't run in three days! And that's very unusual for me, usually every day I am taking bookings. My first thought was, it's an omen! "No bookings" are trying to tell me this new space is in the wrong direction! But within a few minutes, I remembered the rule! I had sudden suspsion that this was the border bullies. And in the end I was perfectly right, the phone started to ring again the next day. And the new office space could not have been a better decsion!

Rule #3: If you meet your Creator part of the way, They will meet you the rest of the way.

First, there is a small trick to this rule or a question you have to ask yourself: Are you really meeting your Creator part of the way? Only you know this. And you can sometimes fool yourself into thinking you are but something deep down inside knows you're not! If your Creator isn't showing up, you might want to ask yourself, "Am I really meeting them part of the way?" Part of the way could mean, usually means getting out of your comfort zone, not just edging out!

A few months back, I had a very successful healer come and do a retreat with me. Her desire was to stop doing massage and only to do cranial sacral work. I asked her what her plan was. She said she was slowly easing into it because she was afraid of taking a big money loss because most of her income came from massage. Now, I can understand her plan but this is what I asked her: "Is that plan sharpening your spiritual sword?" She looked at me sheepishly and replied, "I guess not!" I was really happy she got this. And I am sure she is still cursing me!

If you do extend yourself past your comfort zone and really take a risk in faith, amazing things can happen. And moving to my office is certainly an example of that. I have had so many wonderful experiences there and financially its been very rewarding.

Give these simple rules a chance, be patient, experiment with them;it's always a win-win, brothers and sisters! I'll tell you a secret! Hiking wasn't the only block for me these days. I have had hard time sitting down and writing! And getting this article done was painful as hell! But I kept remembering the rule and it worked! At least in my lifetime, it has had as much affect, if not even more, on evangelical Christianity than the modern tongues movement that surfaced in the late 1960's. Not only has self-esteem psychology crept into every aspect of Biblical doctrine and practice but society as well. A Korean War era fighter pilot turned minister in the 1957 movie "Battle Hymn," was rebuked on the front steps of his church for preaching too harshly on man's condition, and not enough on love and forgiveness. Even Hollywood got into the act! Actually, the entire self-movement is perhaps the most single cause of the mainstream church losing the vision for preaching the cross of Christ. After all, if man's problems can be healed with positive self-esteem, and preaching the depravity of the human spirit hurts people's feelings, then it logically follows that our message must be changed.
If there is any doubt, review some of the sermons from the Puritan era and compare them to what we hear today. Here's a portion of Jonathan Edwards' famous sermon, "Sinners in the Hand of an Angry God" given by him on July 8, 1741 in Enfield, Connecticut:

"Your wickedness makes you as it were heavy as lead, and to tend downwards with great weight and pressure towards hell; and if God should let you go, you would immediately sink and swiftly descend and plunge into the bottomless gulf, and your healthy constitution, and your own care and prudence, and best contrivance, and all your righteousness, would have no more influence to uphold you and keep you out of hell, than a spider's web would have to stop a falling rock."

Not only does Edwards expose the utter ruin of man with colorful metaphors, he condemns man's "healthy constitution" which can only refer to one's lofty self-esteem.

How did we come so far so fast in losing our first love (Rev. 2:4)? Can theology and psychology be integrated? Psychology attempts to conform the Bible to its standard and states that man is innately good, whereas the Bible teaches man in inherently sinful and desperately wicked. Self-love theology taught by Christians is the result of the lack of a practical theology, or a failure to understand the implications of Biblical truth. Additionally, Christian psychologists who attempt to accommodate psychology theories with the written Word have compromised Biblical truth; not unlike what C.I. Schofield did with his famous "Gap Theory." Schofield attempted to dovetail recent scientific theories on evolution with scripture producing a "theistic evolution."

The most striking change in my understanding of this topic of self-esteem has been in the area of soteriology. A correct view of God in His relationship and dealings with man is vitally important when a sinner approaches the throne of Grace. Note Luke 18:13, "And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner." Man's failure to understand and see his wickedness in the presence of a Holy God is probably the single most cause of man's unwillingness to repent. The doctrine of self-love, self-esteem, self-image, and etc., has convinced man to reinforce his resolve to not confess his frailty and seek the righteousness of Christ. Is it true that people really hate themselves? Actually they hate their behavior or the circumstances that results from their bad behavior. Ezekiel 20:43, "There you will remember your conduct and all the actions by which you have defiled yourselves, and you will loathe yourselves for all the evil you have done." Actually Ephesians 5:29 says, "After all, no one ever hated his own body…." Counselees frequently have bad feelings. Many clients will tell the counselor they are suffering from low self-esteem. Frequently they have taken on a persona of victimhood to nourish themselves. They seek stroking because they assume they are loveable. In reality, many are suffering from guilt due to sin and want to feel better. The counselor instead of attempting to relieve pain should expose the sin and seek a confession. Galatians 3:24, "Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith." The pain itself can be as schoolmaster to bring one to repentance as Paul said in 2 Corinthians 7:8-9: "Even if I caused you sorrow by my letter, I do not regret it. Though I did regret it--I see that my letter hurt you, but only for a little while yet now I am happy, not because you were made sorry, but because your sorrow led you to repentance." Unfortunately, many within the Christian community seek to build a sinner's self-esteem by convincing them they have worth because man is made in the image of God. Indeed, the reason Christ died on the cross for you they say is because "you are so worthy." Not only is this dogma not found in history, it directly contradicts the doctrine of total depravity. Steele and Thomas in their book "Romans, An Interpretive Outline," define total depravity as:

"Because of the fall, man is unable of himself to savingly believe the gospel. The sinner is dead, blind, and deaf to the things of God; his heart is deceitful and desperately corrupt. His will is not free, it is in bondage to his evil nature; therefore, he will not--indeed he cannot--choose good over evil in the spiritual realm. Consequently, it takes much more than the Spirit's assistance to bring a sinner to Christ--it takes regeneration by which the Spirit makes the sinner alive and gives him a new nature. Faith is not something man contributes to salvation but is itself a part of God's gift of salvation--it is God's gift to the sinner, not the sinner's gift to God."

(Note Genesis 2:15-17, Romans 5:12, Psalm 51:5, 1 Corinthians 2:14, Romans 3:10-18, Jeremiah 17:9 John 6:44, and Ephesians 2:1-10 as supporting proof.) And what of man being made in God's image? John Piper says it well in 1998 when speaking of total depravity:

"In Romans 14:23 Paul says, "Whatever is not from faith is sin." Therefore, if all men are in total rebellion, everything they do is the product of rebellion and cannot be an honor to God, but only part of their sinful rebellion. If a king teaches his subjects how to fight well and then those subjects rebel against their king and use the very skill he taught them to resist him, then even those skills become evil. Thus man does many things which he can only do because he is created in the image of God and which in the service of God could be praised. But in the service of man's self-justifying rebellion, these very things are sinful."

Tune into any talk show regarding self-esteem and you will undoubtedly hear the reason why you feel bad. You have low self-esteem because you haven't forgiven yourself. The infamous Tanya Harding coveted the 1994 Olympic skating championship to the point where she hired some thugs to break Nancy Kerrigan's legs. Harding apologized at a press conference for the assault, but said her biggest problem was an inability to forgive herself. Where in scripture are we commanded to forgive ourselves? Not in Luke 17:3-4, "If your brother sins, rebuke him, and if he repents, forgive him. If he sins against you seven times in a day, and seven times comes back to you and says, 'I repent,' forgive him." The "theistic psychologists" have simply integrated the doctrine of forgiving oneself into Christianity.

Paul Vitz in his book," Psychology As Religion: The Cult of Self-Worship," contend that psychology has not only become a religion, but a secular cult of self-worship and is contributing to the problems of everyday living by fostering selfishness and blame shifting. Jay Adams' in his book, " The Biblical View of Self-Esteem, Self-Love, Self-Image," presents a clear scriptural basis for not only the errors of the movement, but offers a biblical alternative on how to evaluate ourselves. David Tyler's, "Jesus Christ Self-Denial Or Self-Esteem," reveals that the life of Jesus Chris and His teachings were an exact opposite of what the proponents of selfism would have us believe. God has an abhorrence of a proud and haughty spirit. As spoken in Proverbs 16: 17-19: "The highway of the upright avoids evil; he who guards his way guards his life. Pride goes before destruction, a haughty spirit before a fall. Better to be lowly in spirit and among the oppressed than to share plunder with the proud." The judgment of history may conclude that the self-love movement was more damning to people's souls than the heresy of Baptismal regeneration in years past. Time will tell.

About the Author
Johnny Kicklighter is an instructor and counselor at the Gateway Biblical Counseling and Training Center, located at Edgemont Bible Church, 5100 North Illinois, Fairview Heights, Illinois, 62208.

Understanding And Dealing With Everyday Stress

by N.SENDIL KUMAR

Understanding And Dealing With Everyday Stress
WHAT STRESS IS...

Stress is an abnormal condition that disrupts the normal functions of the body or mind. No two people are affected in exactly the same way, or to the same degree, but most people living in our highly industrialized society suffer from its effects at one or more times during their lives. Symptoms range from mind headaches, occasional bouts of insomnia, overall restlessness, digestive problems, irritable bowel syndrome, constipation and diarrhea, and abdominal pain.

SELECTED LIFE EVENTS THAT CAN BRING ON STRESS:

Death of Spouse. Death of a close family member. Death of a close friend. Major personal injury, illness or pregnancy. Sexual molestation, drug abuse. Major change in the health or behavior of a family member. Gaining or losing a new family member. Sexual difficulties. Marital separation from mate. Marriage, marital reconciliation, divorce. Arguments with spouse, family members, friends, co-workers. Changes in sleeping habits or change in part of day when asleep. Vacations, Major holidays. In-law troubles. Financing major purchases. Beginning or ceasing formal schooling. Change in usual type and or amount of recreation. Change in outside social activities, religions, etc. Major change in eating habits, Iiving conditions, moving. Spouse beginning or ceasing work outside the home. Changing to a different line of work. Major change in responsibilities at work. Changes in working hours or conditions. Troubles with the boss. Being fired at work. Starting a new job or career. Retirement from work. Business readjustment, changes in financial condition. Minor violations of the law (e.g., traffic tickets, disturbing the peace, etc.) Detention in jail or other institution. Dealing With Work Related Stress

Examples that can cause work related stress are trying to get too much work done in too little time, cutting corners or otherwise taking chances that may put you, or someone else at risk, and trying to get along with superiors and co-workers.

Everybody has days when there simply seems there's too much work to get done. Trying to get everything done by yourself can bring on stress. Some people try and deal with the pressure by delegating certain jobs to others. If you can unburden yourself and not worry about when and how the work gets done, if you can put full faith and trust in co-workers or subordinates it can be an effective escape valve. Trouble is, most people can't let go. If you have the type of personality that demands to know how things are going, chances are you're only increasing the pressure and stress on yourself by constantly worrying if the work is getting done or not.

To lessen stress you must either learn to trust others to get the job done, or prioritize jobs to get rid of "what must be done" first. Many people tend to "put off" the difficult jobs they hate to do until the last possible minute. Of course, this only makes it all the more difficult and stressful when you finally get around to doing what you should have done earlier.

When you feel the "walls closing in on you" if possible, take a break. Many people in trying to relax actually kick their bodies into overdrive by using their break time to either get a nicotine or caffeine fix. Instead of calming you down, both substances being stimulants speed up your body processes. You may think you're relaxing, but your blood pressure and heart are working harder.

Instead of coffee or cigarettes try a brief chat with friends, a short leisurely walk, even just looking out the window for a few minutes. Never take breaks, or eat lunch at your work station. The point of a break is to get away from whatever work you're doing. You can't get your mind off your work if you're chained to your work area.

Getting along with your co-workers and the boss can be more than a sore point. It can be something you learn to put up with, or it can turn into a festering wound that only gets worse with time. If you're having problems, get them out in the open. Most managers today at least have some training in dealing with personal problems. If you can't clear the air or have tried using all the company procedures to resolve a grievance, and you no longer enjoy your job, hate to go to work in the morning, or feel that the pressure is getting to be too much, it may be time to seriously consider a change.

STRESS AWAY FROM WORK

Anyone who's ever been stuck in a major traffic jam probably has seen the darker side of many people's personalities. It seems everyone is always in a hurry to either get, or go somewhere, and never seem to allow enough time for the everyday problems that are bound to crop up from time to time.

Banging on the steering wheel, laying on the horn, giving someone the "finger," or shooting a string of obscenities is only reacting to something that has already happened. You can't make the guy in front of you go any faster, or prevent someone from cutting you off. Accidents, road repairs, and just plain heavy traffic happens. Learn to deal with it or don't drive. If you must, at least change your route from time to time. Always allow plenty of time, and try and make all trips as pleasant as possible. You may not realize it, but how you act on your way to work, or on your way home will have either a positive or negative impact. Accept the fact that it's something you just have to get through so you may as well try and make the best of it.

Most people are smart enough to know that they should set some time aside to take it easy. If you participate in some sports activity, remember you're doing it to relax! While many people naturally have their competitive nature come to the surface when engaging athletics, don't lose sight of the fact you're participating to have fun. Don't get bent out of shape if you don't always win or otherwise play up to par. The whole point is to enjoy yourself and forget your everyday worries. Treat it as a night out with the "boys," or gals and relax!

Families can be as source of support, an oasis away from the everyday pressures or sometimes it's only a place to grab a few hours sleep and get back in the rat race. Your children, spouse, family members, in-laws can be a source of irritation at times. If someone is constantly doing something that really "bugs you," tell the offending person or persons and see if things can be straightened out before things get out of control.

A man's home (a woman's too) should indeed be a place to rest and relax. Many people find it helpful unwind by sharing the day's events with their loved ones. It should not develop into a daily routine, nor should you give a detailed blow by blow recap of the day's events, but when things go wrong, who better to talk to than your family? Holding things back, keeping it inside yourself, almost always does more harm than good and can affect not only your well-being but everyone else in your family as well. Talking things over is a great way to get rid of built up stress that many people overlook.

You should also be a good listener. Don't unload your problems and have no time for your mate's or children's problems. They may seem trivial to you, but they are real problems that need solving just like yours.

A great way to get rid of stress is, every once in a while, do something totally different and unexpected without any prior planning. Don't fall into a trap when you must do such and such thing a certain way, or at specific time or place. If you always put on a blue suit on Thursday, or go to an Italian restaurant on Tuesday, break the habit every once in a while. Even doing things you like can become stressful if you're stuck in the same old rut week after boring week.

Stress can best be managed by realizing what you can change about your life and knowing what you can't. Learn how to recognize the difference and you'll enjoy life more and be better able to deal the ups and downs that are part of everyone's life.

About the Author
earn 10$/referral!80$ sign up bonus!free to join!

http://earnbylead.com

http://www.syteblack.com/ezGaffurl.php?offer=email5&pid=4

http://emailsendil.googlepages.com/online

http://www.abid.in/?hop=email5

20 Way's to Decrease Your Debt

by stephan clingman

1. Pay your bills first: It's important to put the money aside to pay your bills as soon as you get paid. That way you will be sure to have enough money to pay them. Don't go out and buy things, not even groceries until you've put the money aside for your bills. Most of your day to day expenses are likely to have some flexibility in them, you can limit how much you spend on coffee a day or buy a less expensive cut of meat, but the power company wants all their money.

2. Make your payments on time: Every late payment can hurt you, and in more than one way. Many utility companies report your payments to the credit reporting agencies, so a history of late payments can hurt your credit score. It also costs you more if you pay late. Late fees may be small but when you're working on reducing debt, every dollar counts. Three dollars a month in late payment charges on three bills works out to over a hundred dollars a year.

3. Write down what you spend: Managing and paying down debt is all about taking control of your money. You can't control what you don't know, so it's important to keep a journal of how much you are spending and what you're spending it on. Do it before you make your budget and you'll be able to see what you really do spend money on, rather than guessing and coming up short because you forgot to account for something when you wrote up the budget.

4. Know your credit report: Your credit report is your scorecard in the fight against bad credit. If you don't know where you stand it's hard to move forward. Most countries let consumers see their reports for free at least once a year. Take advantage of this, you might find a debt on there that you already paid which wasn't reported to the agency. Reports of unpaid debts can really hurt your credit, so it's important to make sure those are accurate.

5. Pay creditors who report to agencies first: Some creditors report each payment you make to credit reporting agencies, while others only report information if they send your debt to an outside collection agency. If you have to postpone one of your bills past the due date, it's always better for your credit score (all else being equal) if you pay the one that reports regularly as it will have the biggest impact on your credit score.

6. Pay your bills when you have the money: don't wait until the due dates: A lot of people think the due date on a bill is the day you are supposed to pay it, not the day by which the creditor wants to have received the money. Paying bills as soon as you get paid removes the temptation to take some of the money back to spend on something else. Once it's gone, so is the temptation to take the money and spend it elsewhere.

7. Ensure your creditors notify credit agencies when bills are paid: If you do have unpaid bills, it's important not only to pay them but also to make sure those payments are reported to the credit agencies, otherwise those payments won't help repair your credit. Talk to the creditor about this, and if necessary don't hesitate to follow up with the credit reporting agency yourself.

8. Always pay something: Even if you can't pay all of your bills at one time, always make a payment of some kind on each bill. This not only shows your good faith to the creditor by proving that you are not ignoring the debt, but it also reduces the amount you'll have to pay when the next bill comes due. If one month is hard to pay now, two months will be harder to pay in future. Making partial payments helps reduce the effect of late payments piling up on each other.

9. Make a budget: Budgeting is an important part of controlling your money. It helps you see the big picture and gives you a plan with defined steps to focus on. It moves the what of reducing your debt and improving your credit into a plan of attack. Budgeting is the how of debt reduction, it's where you write down the plan you're going to follow to get your finances under control. You have to start somewhere, and budgeting is a good place to start.

10. Save your pennies and other coins: It's amazing how much money we carry around as loose change in our pockets, and it's money we often don't think of as money. Half the time it gets spent on a candy bar because we're bored rather than anything one needs. Turn it into an asset by dumping your change into a jar every night once you get home. It's amazing how fast it will add up, and that's money that can be used for emergencies, or to pay down a debt that suddenly jumped to the top of the pile.

11. Communicate with lenders: This is one many debtors ignore. Your creditors only want your money, and most of them are more than happy to work with you so long as they get their money in the end. The catch is that you have to keep them in the loop. Telling them what's going on and offering payment plans helps convince them that you're not planning to default on the debt. Yes they want their money, but that doesn't mean you have to put them in an adversarial role.

12. Know your rights: Both debtors and creditors have rights, but creditors are usually much more aware of their rights than debtors are. Knowing your rights gives you as a debtor a way to deflect harassing collection calls and a measure of control in the situation. It also lets you tell when an overzealous collection agent is making threats they can't back up.

13. Set goals: Every task needs milestones, something to let you feel you're progressing and prevent the enormity of the situation from becoming overwhelming. Repairing your credit and reducing debt is no different. Setting manageable goals like paying off one credit card within a year will help keep you focused and moving forward on debt reduction. If you're looking to build credit, getting a credit card within a year is a good goal. It doesn't matter what the goal is so much as making sure it's attainable and working towards it.

14. Leave some money for extras: No matter how much debt you're carrying, always make sure to put some money in the budget for extras and entertainment. Yes there are free alternatives to entertainment, but never having money for treats such as a five-shot Mocha, a night at the movies or a new book or CD is sure to frustrate you and get you off your budget. Put in some money, not a lot, but enough so that you can treat yourself on occasion and it will be a lot easier to stay on your budget.

15. Pay cash: Don't buy things with the swipe of a card if you can avoid it. Pay cash before using debit or credit. The thing about debit and credit payments is that the expenditure is invisible so you don't really notice how much you're spending. If you pay cash you have a much better feel for how much money you are spending which lets you keep more control of your money.

16. It's not a good deal if it's more than you can afford: How many times have you gone into a store and seen a ten-pound bag of something at only twice the price of the two pound bag? It may be a great deal, but it's not always a good buy. Remember, you're still spending more money, and that has to come from somewhere. Also, if you're not going to use it all before it goes bad you might find you've bought ten pounds and thrown away eight- and then you're wasting money. Buy based on your needs, not just how good the deal looks.

17. Pay off high rate cards first: If you've got two credit cards that you need to pay off, take the one with the higher interest rate and pay it off first while making the minimum payment on the other card. Interest is lost money, so the faster you pay off the card with the higher interest the more debt you're losing for the same amount of money spent. Even a 2% difference in credit card interest rates can make a huge difference.

18. Consolidate your loans: Loan consolidation is a great tool if you have access to it. If you can get all your debts combined into one monthly payment you'll often find you're paying everything off much sooner. Not only will a bank often give you a lower interest rate than credit cards, which means more of your money is going to reduce the debt rather than just service it, but making a single payment is usually cheaper than writing out half a dozen checks every month.

19. Cut up your credit cards: An important part of getting out of debt is making sure you don't incur more debt, and this is where cutting up your credit cards comes in. You can't cancel the account before you pay it off, but cutting up the card makes you that much less able to use it, especially if the CVN on the back isn't on your statement. Then you won't even be able to use it online. Part of taking control is reducing temptation.

20. Ask to have your credit limit lowered: Credit cards are useful to have, but it's important to stay out of trouble when using them. One way to keep control of your credit card spending is to keep a low limit like $500 on the card to make it that much harder to get into trouble. If you get a card with a high limit and are concerned you'll run it up and not be able to pay, call the company and see if you can get the limit lowered to something you can keep ahead of.

About the Author
Stephan Clingman: writer, webmaster, knowledge seeker. Coaches often term these self limiting beliefs "gremlins". We all have gremlins that whisper in our ear. The Perfectionism Gremlin is probably the biggest offender.
Researchers are finding that the need to be perfect is a factor in those suffering from depression, eating disorders, hoarding and other obsessive compulsive behaviors. Perfectionism paralyzes and prevents meaningful living. It robs us of our self confidence, our relationships with others and our personal happiness. It can even ruin our health.

So why do we suffer from Perfectionism? Some aspect of it may be inherited or due to a chemical imbalance in the brain. But much of it is nurture, not nature. As children, our society has ingrained in us the idea that we must be perfect. We must be perfectly athletic, perfectly beautiful, perfectly academic, perfectly put together in every way. Magazines and TV ads reinforce this belief. Our schools reinforce this too. How are we supposed to feel when our child doesn't make the "gifted and talented" group in the third grade? Failures, of course.

I remember with sadness when my son, in the 7th grade, made it to our State Spelling Bee Championship. We were so proud. But when it came time to have a photo of the attendees for the Newspaper, the reporter told my son and others to step aside because he only wanted to photograph the "winners". Never mind my son had "won" a place in the finals. Only winners counted. I witnessed the same thing on the soccer and baseball field when my kids were in high school. Everybody was hot shot. So much for team spirit.

So here we are with anorexia, teen suicide, depression, hoarding on the rise and no wonder. Now, as a Professional Organizer and Coach, I am helping my clients overcome what has been ingrained in them since childhood. Their notion that they have to be perfect, nothing else will do, is paralyzing them. My goal is to help them to uncover and honor their unique abilities. They have gifts and talents unlike anyone else with plenty of power inside them to succeed.

Starting with the basics, this is what you need to know. Everybody's got gremlins and they are big fat liars. Here are some of the things that gremlins whisper in our ear.

Who do you think you are? That will never work. You are too old to begin something new. What will people say? It has to be perfect or don't bother to do it. Don't send it until its perfect Don't submit it until its perfect Don't publish it until it's perfect

Sound familiar? What's the pattern here? The pattern is that you have to be perfect to get anything done. You have to be perfectly smart, pretty, and young and organized to accomplish anything. Lies all lies. The truth is that nobody is perfect. The real truth is, nothing is ever perfect. The truth is that perfectionism is the biggest killer of good ideas, paralyzer of lives and businesses and the biggest gremlin of all. So what say we throw the Perfectionism Gremlin out?

The Five Little P's and How They Grew

Gosh, what a cute title for a children's book! This story, however, doesn't have a happy ending - no riding off into the sunset on a white horse or living happily ever after in the arms of a prince. Instead, this is the story of how Perfectionism ruins lives.

Stage 1: Perfectionism. It has to be perfect. I'm I'm not perfect, I am a failure. What will people think of me? I'll be so ashamed. If I don't get it all done perfectly and all at once, it will never happen. Then the phone rings, or some unexpected event happens and that day you planned to "get it all done - and perfectly" is gone. You have failed. Better try again some other time.

Stage 2: Procrastination. So, the project gets delayed- put on the back burner until the perfect opportunity arrives. Other issues or projects take over in the meantime. Forgotten and delayed, your important project festers and stews until it becomes urgent. Now it is an emergency. Welcome to Stage 3

Stage 3: Prioritization. You have left it too long. The trouble is, you've left a lot of things too long - procrastination becomes a bad habit - and you don't know what to tackle first.

Stage 4: Panic. Overwhelmed and ashamed, you are afraid to ask for help. It's all so embarrassing! What a mess. Certainly isn't perfect. Someone will find out your dirty little secret - you are not perfect.

Stage 5: Paralysis. You are stuck. You can't do it. You are clueless as to where to begin or how to fix it. You may just give up or you may decide that you have to let somebody help you.

Here's the inside psychology on the Perfectionism Gremlin. It's all in your head. It doesn't have to be perfect. JUST MAKE IT BETTER. Nobody is perfect. As the famous greeting card lady with the red hat likes to say: Get over it! If you take any large project, break it down into segments and attack just one segment a day, you will have made it better. Perhaps you can take a small segment of a segment. Start and see how much more confident you feel. It's OK to fail forward. Be courageous and do your best. You'll learn what works and what doesn't. That's real success. Resolve not to be a procrastinator. You now understand where that road takes you.

The Perfectionism Gremlin isn't going to give up. It's been whispering in your ear all your life. It even got your parents, teachers and bosses to help. "Practice makes perfect", "If you can't do something well, don't do it at all."Only winners count." "Never be a loser". It's going to try over and over again to lead you down the path to paralysis. Now you know it just has to be better. You have given yourself permission to fail forward. True success is knowing what works and what doesn't and that only happens when you ignore that Perfectionism Gremlin and take a chance.

About the Author
Marilyn Ellis is known as "America's Organizer Coach". Many don't believe they can find meaningful work and still maintain a healthy balance at home and a strong relationship with their children.

I understand. I used to have the same fears. And I went through several years of not knowing what I would do once I went back to work. But I can tell you that the time spent in uncertainty is okay. And the search is important. Because once you find fulfilling work that fits into the hours you want, and you consistently spend quality time with your children, and you ask for the help you need at home, the payoff is tremendous.

Consider these tips to help you along the way:

* Don't compare your job or your salary to your spouse. If you've opted off the career track to be a stay-at-home-parent, of course you aren't going to be able to jump back in and make his salary! But that doesn't mean that working isn't valuable and meaningful. Don't compare.
* Open yourself to new possibilities. Forget what you "used to do". What are you passionate about now? Regardless of past degrees and experience, focus on who you are now.
* Seek support. Ask your spouse/partner and trusted friends for emotional support. Tell them what you need. If you feel stuck, hire a professional to help you brainstorm ideas and motivate you.
* Choose balanced work. Find or create a job that allows you to maintain a healthy balance. Consider priorities such as regular exercise, quality time with your family and close friends, and essential down time.
* Find fulfillment. I consider work to be fulfilling if you are passionate about and it brings you joy. Don't settle for anything less.
* Maintain a strong connection with your children. When you know your kids are well- cared for in your absence, and you make time to be present with them every day, you can put guilt in the graveyard and feel good about your work. You can also feel good knowing your kids are internalizing that moms can be both loving caretakers and dynamic individuals!

We all have strengths and talents to offer the world (yes, you do too!). And we've got one shot at this life. Let's make it a good one!

Debt - Watching Your Spending In 2009

Debt - Watching Your Spending In 2009 by David Collins

2009 is predicted to be a tough year on the money markets. With uncertainty in the economy, many of us will have the threats of increasing debts and weakened job security hanging over us during the year to come.

However, there are steps you can put in place to ensure that you can help yourself to reduce the financial strain, helping to free up some much needed finances for yourself and your family.

Keeping a track of your debt levels and taking steps to try and reduce said levels is going to look good on your credit report. By showing that you can successfully prioritise debt and seek out debt solutions, your chances of successfully borrowing in future can be increased.

* Prioritise payments - make a list of everything you owe to and take steps to organise in which order you should be paying them. Try and focus on mortgage payments and clearing any existing credit card debts.
* Try and curb your mobile phone spending - if you're using up your free minutes in the first week of your month or still have spare free texts or minutes at the end of each month, it could be worth evaluating your current mobile tariff. Contact your mobile company to see if you can be transferred onto another tariff that is more beneficial to your spending habits.
* Consider your bills - calculate how much you are spending on utility bills and home insurance, and whether you could potentially switch to a better deal. Reducing your outgoings is a crucial part of debt management, and by trying to reduce your bills you can do yourself a great favour and free up some much needed pennies.

By being a little more wary of how much you're spending on things like the weekly shop and your mobile phone, you can help save yourself a bit of money for times when get hard. And don't be afraid to ask for help if you need to, there are a number of debt advice services available, and it's better to seek help than to simply ignore the problem.

5 Secrets On How To Attract Prospects For MLM

5 Secrets On How To Attract Prospects For MLM by Patrick Mitsuing

How To Attract People To Join Your MLM For FreeWhen wanting to attract prospects to you and your MLM You must know these 5 Secrets. Lastly you have to know how to monetize your traffic coming to you and have it all on auto-pilot. Lets go over these 5 secrets. To attract prospects You Need To know Marketing. Marketing involves quite a few things. But mainly its to reach a specific target market in your niche with a specific message and get them to do a specific action. Its is let people know your around and your business exists. The more people know you exist, the more sales you are able to make if your message is right.Second is to be the autority or the professional for your target market. Whenever you have a problem like a sickness for example, you search for a professional like a doctor to help you solve the problem. That's how you want your target market to see you as. When they have a problem like wanting to know how to build their MLM, it's your job to stand out with your marketing so that they come to you when they want to fix their problem. That's when you get to the third secret to attracting prospects to your MLM which is to offer value to your target market. This is where you offer something free. Like a free report to generating leads for example. Or a free mp3 that you can make by interviewing a top networker in your upline on how they achieved success. This is a perfect opportunity to generating highly targeted leads for your business. Just have an opt-in form on your website in order for your traffic to receive the free gift your willing to give in return for their contact information. The fourth secret when your attracting prospects to joing your MLM for free is learning how to make instant money from your traffic. This is called monetizing your traffic. When a lead opt-ins for your free gift, that free gift should up-sell some sort of product where you can make some money. This could be your product or an affiliate product where you get a commission. This gives you instant cash that you can use in some sort of advertising to bring more people to your website and you can repeat the process until you have thousands of dollars in advertising. The last and final secret which is the fifth secret is to have all this happen on auto-pilot. That way you can make money while you sleep and you don't lose the chance of getting a new recruit to your MLM. So you would implement tools like an auto-responder. An auto-responder allows you to send out your free gift to whoever opts-in and requests it. Then you have your free gift which could be a perfect sales pitch mixed in with some great content in succeeding in business, that is making money for you 24/7/365. These are the 5 secrets to attracting prospects to YOU and to joining your MLM

Multi-Level Marketing Business Making Money Online

Multi-Level Marketing Business Making Money Online- A Problem of Structure or of People? by George L Johnson

When it comes to multi-level marketing (MLM), doubters always point to the structure of the business as the reason these programs are doomed to failure. First of all, multi level marketing programs lend themselves to becoming pyramid schemes - in fact, many multi level marketing organizations are nothing more than exactly that.

Others point to the fact that even a legitimate multi-level marketing business making money online opportunity is destined to go bust because the very nature of the set up causes the market to become saturated with more sellers than buyers. Since reps recruit new members from their circle of family and friends, suddenly everyone you know is selling, and there is no one left to buy.

These all sound like logical arguments to approach multi-level marketing with a great deal of skepticism and doubt. But the fact remains that some multi-level marketing outfits are indeed profitable, thriving, legitimate businesses, so there seems to be some flaw to blaming the sky high failure rate of multi level marketing get ups on the structure alone. So, what else could be causing the problem? The real root of the issue here might be the people that tend to jump at these multi-level opportunities.

To explore this issue, we have to leave aside the subject of multi-level businesses that are out and out scams. These will fail eventually, and people will lose financially and personally when they do. But taking the multi-level marketing programs that have the potential to be successful - why such a rate of failure?

Well, much of this comes down to the people that are lured into multi-level marketing deals. People with a lot of business experience have a natural distrust of multi-level marketing deal, even if at their base, the best multi-level businesses are hardly different from a franchise. What that means is that there's not a lot of business skills and know how flowing into multi-level marketing deals. The reps that many of these programs end up with are wet behind the ears or worse.

Many of them have a history of failing at business and a tendency to jump from one get rich quick scheme to the next. They simply may not have the knowledge to capitalize on the legitimate opportunities a multi-level marketing scheme can offer.

What are some of the rookie mistakes these people tend to make? They often overestimate their own potential in the business, and in turn, they overestimate the value of the product when they are trying to sell to customers and the value of the opportunity for a business making money online when they are trying to recruit new reps. They often fail to figure out when is the time to try and make a sale and when is not (like their neighbor's cookout).

Further, they may simply not know how to sell, which is at the very crux of making it in multi level marketing, making their failure the only sure bet. If you're considering joining a multi level marketing program, be honest about your abilities, so you don't end up losing more money than you make.

"There were 565.7 million Internet users worldwide at the end of 2007, and there will be 633.6 million at the end of 2007. Statistics say that only 36% of the 15% of total women awarded with spousal support actually get this support.

* who are given spousal support rarely getting the whole amount; it's usually less than half actually.

* suffer from a fall in their standard of living, after divorce, while a male's standard of living actually increases by 15%.

And because of the recurring social stature of women, most single female parents are those that used to be homemakers, meaning they are jobless and have no experience as a worker whatsoever. This is a problem because they are dependent on their husbands for income, and once that income goes away, they are left with nothing.

There is one way to recover from such a blow, some women already have a start on tertiary education, and only need the money to finish it. Fortunately, the government offers various government grants for women that target single moms who want to finish their education.

What is a grant?

A grant is usually a form of financial support that the federal government offers to certain eligible people. The government offers over 900 grants and out of these nine hundred there are a few grants targeted towards single mothers.

Who is eligible for a grant?

Usually grants awarded by the US government are only for U.S. citizens. Aside from those criteria, each grant has its own set of eligibility rules. Some only cater to undergraduates, some only to juniors or sophomores, some only for Native Americans some only for Alaskans, and yet another some that target the course rather than the origin of the applicant. For example, there are a lot of grants that offer scholarships for outstanding students who are studying the sciences or tribal politics of Native Americans.

Why apply for a grant?

As a single female parent, furthering your education is one of the sure fire ways to find a living where you can earn more than minimum wage, sure minimum wage is ok if youíre single but if you have a child or children, itíll be a lot harder to find time both for work and for childcare.

How to prepare for a grant application

1. Get the Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance from the financial aid office of your college or university. You can also get the list from www.cfda.gov.

2. Study the grants that are applicable to you, not just the eligibility but also the application process and the purpose of the grant as well as the Government department giving it.

3. Ask yourself where are you going to apply? Does your application have to go through the school, does it have to go through the local government or can you send it directly?

4. These projects usually have assessment pages where they show previously or currently funded individuals or institutions, study these to find out your chances of getting the grant.

5. Know what types of paperwork are required note down everything you already have and everything that you still have to get.

6. Call the contact persons and ask to get an application kit.

7. After filling the kit don't forget to include your grant proposal; most of the judgment is based on this piece of writing. It'll help a lot if you attend or at least have read previous grant proposals.

8. Make sure to have the application in before the deadline.

Loans for Unemployed: A Burden less Loan to Help the Unwaged

by Steve c clark

Being out of a job is surely harsher for most of the people with the source of income drying up. From Anxiety, depression to financial stress. I've tried to create an atmosphere where people can help themselves and also help others to Rise up from things that are holding them down.

All of my life, up until 2004, I dealt with the debilitating effects of social anxiety. I know the effects of the condition and I feel I can really relate to other people who are suffering themselves. I know what it like to think the whole world is watching you and judging you, every minute of everyday. To be so nervous that you can't remember your address or your phone number when someone would ask. In my case, I even have memories of forgetting my childrens names. After dealing with it for so long, and finally coming to a decision that I'm not living my life and it's time for a change, I feel that I can give back something if it can help other people. I just want to create a place where people can help each other with all of the problem that I feel are really tied together in some way.

Thanks for your time and I hope you will join our community, if not to help yourself maybe you can inspire someone else by sharing your own experiences.

Thanks and God Bless !

Tim Tanguay
Rising Up

Fundraising in a Recession – 7 Tips For Working Smarter, Not

Author: Pamela Grow

Article:
Albert Einstein was quoted as saying “It's not that I'm so
smart, it's just that I stay with problems longer.”

Unfortunately, the world of nonprofit development can be
notoriously fickle and unfocused.

Clearly we are in a major recession with no end in sight. The
trick is not to panic. Here’s how you can meet your goals and,
yes, even prosper in the upcoming year!

1. Stay the course. Develop a balanced, thoughtful budget
approach which includes realistic goals for grants and corporate
support, individual support, program support and events. Plan as
you normally would.

2. Retain staff. This one is key. I have worked with nonprofit
organizations who have had – seriously – five development
directors in three years! How can an organization have any kind
of continuity with donors with that kind of record? Staff your
organization with quality individuals and do your level best to
keep them.

3. Invest in Education. If you’re not sending your development
staff to workshops, classes and seminars, you’re doing your
organization a grave disservice. Why are so many organizations
reluctant to invest in education for their employees? Training
enables and accelerates innovation. It’s good for the employee –
it’s good for the employer.

4. Research, research, research. Foundation giving may be
declining. On the other hand, it may not. Remember, foundations
are created with the sole purpose of supporting philanthropic
causes – regardless of the state of the economy. To maintain
their legal status Foundations MUST donate an amount equal to 5%
of their assets averaged over 5 years. Foundations also often
INCREASE their giving in challenging times to offset decreases
in giving from other sources

That said, you need to make it a practice to routinely scope out
new sources of foundation funding. Develop a system where you’re
sending out proposals or letters of inquiry to new foundations
on a weekly basis.

5. Start a Monthly Giving Program. This one’s a no-brainer and I
am astounded that more organizations have not picked up on it.

If you’ve got donors who are giving you $1,000, $100, even $25
every year, they’re prime candidates for a monthly giving
program. Implement one now. Give donors the option of monthly
credit card or checking account debits. And what rule says you
can only mail once a year? Why not twice or even three times a
year?

6. Refine (or Define) Your Story. Benevon calls it the
organization’s “emotional hook.” It’s your nonprofit’s “story” –
what makes donors give to you. The most compelling stories bring
on the tears. Talk to your board members, talk to your clients,
talk to your staff, talk to foundation funders and individual
funders to find your emotional hook. Bring it to life.

7. Communicate. It doesn’t have to be on a weekly or monthly
basis but it absolutely needs to be consistent. Donors would
rather be kept notified on a timely basis in a simple manner
than receive a glossy magazine publication (that makes them
wonder what the heck you are doing with their money) once every
two years. A two to four-page quarterly or triannual newsletter
is ideal.

About the author:
Pamela is a consultant, assisting nonprofit organizations with
proposal development, prospect research, annual appeal
strategies and communication planning and is the author of “Five
Days to Foundation Grants.” Check out her weekly blog, “Towards
Effective Nonprofit Writing” -
http://writegrantproposals.blogspot.com/. Or, "I can't imagine what
happened, but we didn't do as well as I thought we were going to
do."

We hear this alot because we run hundreds of school fundraisers
every year. One thing I can tell you is my take on "WHY" most of
these groups didn't meet their fundraising goals. The only
problem here is that many people look at this and simply choose
not to believe it and then go on their way forgetting the piece
of gold they are hearing simply because it sounds to simple to
give them the fix they are looking for or it goes against their
own idea of what really happened.

I can tell you this, that as long as a school does atop line and
quality product for their school fundraiser, they can and will
have above average sales IF they do one thing. One simple thing,
that's it. You can sum up the way to go about having the best
fundraiser ever can be summarized in three simple words... Do
Awesome Prizes!

That's all there is to it! If you do ordinary prizes you are
probably going to have an ordinary fundraiser. If you skimp on
prizes, you will have a poor sale. If you partner with your
fundraising company and go whole hog into giving premium prizes
you will make more money than you thought possible. Period. The
facts and the figures do not lie.

This is not my opinion. This is based on the results that even
you could take a look at on our website. If you "Wow" the
students and families with the prizes and incentives you offer
with your fundraiser, they will "Wow" you with results that you
did not expect. The idea here is, if you make it worth their
while to participate in your school fundraising drive, they more
than likely will do just that... participate! It is
participation in your sale that makes your school more profit.

The method of going about putting the "Wow" in your incentive
program is a little more involved than adding a drawing for a 40
gig IPod, but it is pretty simple. In fact, if all you do is add
a $200 IPod or Xbox game as your top seller prize, the only
thing that will happen is you'll waste $200.

However, you can structure your "Wow" factor in such a way that
it will increase your participation in your sale. Most of the
time when you set up your prize program in a "Wow" way, you'll
more than likely see anywhere from a 40% - 200% increase in your
previous sales.

Like I mentioned earlier, this is too simple and the claim just
a little too far fetched for many people to actually believe it.
It's simplicity and outlandish nature however, does not change
the fact that it works for school fundraisers almost every time
it is tried. Period.

About the author:
Set-up your incentive program for your school fundraisers in a
way that will result higher sales and more profit with happier
students. If you have been having less than 30% participation
you can double your profit with a mere 15% increase in
participation on your next sale! That's not hard to do if you
approach your next fundraiser a bit differently than you have in
the past. Long answer short would be; relationship with God is the path of Self Realization, one must relate to God in deception and no, relationship with God in not necessarily necessary.

Now if that all makes Perfect Sense then We are not writing this article for You because you already understand the Truth. However since we are writing this article for the benefit of the mortal population of our community, we must assume that further explanation is necessary.

First let us start with the first part of our question: What is Relationship with God??? We have already answered that question by saying it is the path of Self-realization, so let's start there. In order to explain this simple phrase all we have to do is explain everything you need to know about the Bible. That should be easy enough because it is the Simplicity of the Gospel...

The Bible is composed of Two Parts; the old and the New Covenants. Under the old covenant you are required to relate to God as a mortal required to die. Under the New Covenant you are required to relate to God on His level in Perfect Union and therefore LIVE. How simple is that?

Now in order to relate to God we must assume that you consider yourself mortal and must do so under the old covenant. Might we advise you to "Accept Christ" at this point and consider the subject finished?

How does one have a relationship with God? Seems like we just answered that question as well. First we said that one must relate to God in deception, and then we said that New Covenant Union with God is the Truth. Is anyone beginning to see a pattern forming here? So what does that mean where the rubber meets the road?

It means that the only reason you continue to be mortal is because you are relating to God under the old covenant even if you are doing it in Jesus' name. Here's a clue; the reason it is called Old Covenant is because it was OVER 2,000 years ago and is now obsolete. Actually it became obsolete even before the Apostle Paul said so in his letters and is still True for us today as well. Of course it is only made obsolete in the Light of New Covenant, so before we blow off half of the Bible by disposing of the old, perhaps we should examine the New.

If you have been paying attention thus far you should already know where we are going with this. Union with God is how the New Covenant works. If you have been united with God by the Blood of Jesus, there is no room for relationship because all is one. If the Blood of Jesus is absolute and your ideas about the old covenant are not, which would you bet the salvation of your Soul upon? Just a rhetorical question really.

So if relationship with God is a deception enforced upon mortals by old covenant law, is it really necessary? Obviously if you are to continue as a mortal it is not only necessary but critical that you remain deceived. However, if you desire to know the Truth then just as obviously escape from deception is necessary, which means that relationship is not.

So then it would seem that the necessity for relationship with God would depend on your commitment to mortality, which we view as nothing more than ignorance of the Gospel. If you honestly examine the choice between Absolute Fulfillment or eternal damnation, is there really a choice? Eternal damnation by default is one thing, but to see the options and then reject Absolute Fulfillment in favor of damnation is insanity of the highest caliber.

This might be where we say we have some good news and some bad news. The bad news is now that you have been shown the options, to remain mortal is the insanity spoken of earlier. The GOOD News is that you can NOW Choose Absolute Fulfillment because now you know it is an option. Of course, once again that means you will have to let the old covenant be obsolete and realize that We are Living in an AD World!!!

So just relate to God in whatever way works for your mortal soul and then when you decide that Life is better than death, just accept Christ and welcome to the Real World.

Single and Living on One Salary

by Samantha Asher

There are many financial benefits to being single. First of all, you only have one person weighing in on any and all financial decisions. You don't have to ask your spouse if it's okay to buy that computer you have been wanting or if you can lease that car you desperately need. Second, you can manage your money exactly how you want. You don't have to make a budget and make sure your family is okay with it. Finally, all the money you make is 100 percent yours. You don't have to spend it on anyone else. You can do whatever you want with it.

Though there are some definite financial perks to being single, it isn't all great. For one, you can't share the responsibility with anyone else. If you make a poor decision, it is 100 percent your fault. If there is a difficult decision to make, you don't have anyone else to lean on. But the biggest problem of all is that you only have one salary. If you make a large salary, this probably isn't a big issue for you. If you make plenty of money to live on, there's no problem there, but if you make a small salary, it can make things harder on you.

When you get married, you then have two salaries for two people. It isn't equal to two single people living on there own each with a salary because there are a lot of things the two can share. If you are comfortable with it, you can buy or rent a one or two bedroom small home for the same price as someone single. You share the cable bill, the phone bill for landlines, internet, utilities (they may go up a little with two people, but probably not double), health insurance, and several other things. Plus, there are tax benefits to being married.

If you are uncomfortable living by yourself on one salary and you plan on eventually having a family, you will just have to work toward making more money or saving more. If you think it's tough now, wait till you have a family and are living on just one salary. This is definitely not the worst financial situation you could be in.

If you can't make ends meet, or you aren't able to save for retirement, first you need to make a budget. You need to start spending less so that you can save more. If this still isn't enough, go back to school so that you can get a better job, ask for a raise, look for a higher paying job, or get a part time job. Once you are bringing in more money, you will have more money that can earn you a passive income. Don't stress out over living on one salary. Do something about it!

Supporting the Claim that Water Fountains Improve Wellbeing

by Wyatt Frisk

Wall fountains are easy and charming ways to bring some class and characte to your home or garden. But there is also a lot of information circling around the internet that suggests these water features are host to a variety of health benefits, as well. It has been suggested that fountains improve physical as well as mental wellbeing, but does this claim hold water? Can a fountain really combat disease?

Unfortunately, one must take these claims with a grain of salt, because there is simply not much concrete fact behind them. The unfortunate thing is that very few impartial studies have been conducted over the years, and those that do often get very little publicity or merit in the scientific community. Some experiments have been conducted, however, that show that there is in fact a correlation between wall fountains and personal health. These water fountains may not "cause" improved wellbeing and healthfulness, but they certainly don't hurt, and may even help... on a small scale. Now we ought to take a look at some of these water fountain health claims.

Some people laud the importance of "negative ions," which are produced by water fountains, and say that these particles improve general respiratory function and strengthen your body's immune system against certain diseases and mental issues. The so called "negative ions" are inappropriately named, as they are not actually ions at all. They are actually a number of negatively charged oxygen and/or nitrogen molecules that are surrounded by water molecules. Studies have shown that these "ions" don't actively clean the air, nor do they produce any great benefits. However, the negatively charged particles in negative ions tend to attract (and subsequently bond to) bioaerosols and dust particles in the air. The bond allows thse particles to fall to the floor after damping them, which makes them more dense. This does limit the antagonistic effects of common air pollution, which theoretically could lead to improved breathing and air cleanliness. While direct evidence is a little lacking, anecdotally negative ions actually do seem to improve air cleanliness, especially in contained spaces. Your home or office will surely enjoy improved air quality, on a small scale, with the installation of an indoor wall fountain.

Some people have stated that wall fountains may significantly reduce stress, and in some cases, it enhances concentration. I reiterate that there have been few formal studies to prove this, but there is a substantial store of anecdotal evidence. Naturopathic medicine, which emphasizes natural cures for common ailments, implies that sitting by a waterfall, or even an active water fountain, may be effective treatment. Some evidence exists that implies some water fountains may facilitate clear thinking and general mental satisfaction, although listening to a fountain while breathing in the fresh air may not immediately enhance your cognitive capabilities. As previously suggested, these "ions" do have a proclivity for removing malicious airborne agents and bioaerosols from your air, and simultaneously producing more oxygen particles. This means that your brain will be allowed more oxygen with every breath you take, which in turn may mildly improve awareness. When it comes to alleviating stress, I think, there are truly few better ways to set your mind at ease than to install a wall fountain. Like listening to classical music, paying attention to the soft sounds of natural, flowing water really puts your mind at ease. It is not uncommon for business owners to put wall fountains in their office, as this seems to slightly improve employee morale and alleviate stress. I believe that this correlative relationship is fairly assuring, even if it is evident that no "causal" relationship actually exists.

So it seems that, while the boasts and claims made by fountain manufacturers and online salespersons may not be completely without veracity, they do tend to be deficient in formal scientific proof. But there does seem to be an anecdotal precedent for a correlative relationship between water fountain ownership and overall improved health. In the end, a wall fountain will not cure any disease, though it may modestly help to prevent ailment, and will likely improve your overall wellbeing in a very subtle manner.

Affiliate Marketing is Also One of the Best and Most Popular Ways to Earn Money Online

Online by S. Amrinder Jan

What is the best way to find out which affiliate marketing opportunity is best for you? Although the most competitive, affiliate marketing is also one of the best and most popular ways to earn money online.

Begin with what you already know and have experience in. You will then have a competitive edge knowing the niche and niche products you are involved with.

Recent studies reveal that the only ones we feel secure about taking advice from are industry experts, our friends and family. For more details go to: www.affiliate-sale-booster.com this is due to the fact that our faith in sellers and resellers has diminished over the past year. Confident shoppers are even now wary about making purchases.

You should try to establish yourself as a credible resource if you can't be your prospective customers` best friend. When you already have some interest in as well as prior knowledge of the niche market that you are looking for an affiliate marketing opportunity in this is easier to do.

Think carefully about yourself when looking for an affiliate marketing opportunity. What sparks your interest? What are your hobbies? Are there products and services that you have used or are still using that you would like to spread the word about?

When you have decided on the niche you want to be involved in there are many opportunities to consider.

Often affiliate marketing leads us to a product or service that we are familiar with. Creating a product review website then is a great affiliate marketing opportunity. Being able to share opinions about the products we are using makes product review sites very popular.

However, if there is too much competition in the products that you are interested in reviewing or you are not interested in reviewing products that your are familiar with, then an alternative is to create a niche website that offers fresh, new to the market services and products.

There is never a shortage of new things available for virtually every niche, so if you enjoy testing the latest things that come on the market then this type of affiliate marketing opportunity could be just up your street.

Rather look for and offer items that are new to your niche market instead of offering affiliate products that have been around for a long time. So that you can be sure that your consumers are getting the best advice you should still test the products and services yourself. You will be reviewing products that most people have never seen or heard of before. For can visit to: www.boost-website-traffic.com The whole idea is to offer something new and you will still need to be very knowledgeable about the niche you decide to get involved in.

Finding the products is the difficult part of this type of affiliate marketing opportunity and many of us don't know where to even begin looking for them. The same applies to selling. Signing up with affiliate niche sites is one of the best ways to find new products and test new services.

Affiliate niche sites allow affiliates sign up for their affiliate marketing opportunity and offer merchants the opportunity to introduce their new services and products.

It is important that you choose an affiliate marketing opportunity where you can establish yourself as a credible resource whether you decide you want to offer your consumers a chance to try something new or to offer products and services that you are already familiar with.

Knowing Yourself

by Ese Agesse

I am grateful for the gift of life, for my children and my family. I am indeed grateful for the gift of salvation, because not only does it give me perspective in my life, it positively grounds me in a way that nothing ever could. The standard of life I expect for myself is defined by what my creator represents. I used to think as a person that I should not expect much of or for myself, that I should just be content with whatever I have or just be able to exist in this world, however the more I understand salvation and the one who made it possible for me to be saved, I begin to understand that my life on earth here matters as much as I want it to matter. I can live on earth without expecting much or wanting much and not affect lives in anyway, I can just end up in my own corner and not care, but the more I begin to understand myself as a child of God the more I know I cannot be hidden.

My Creator has flair, He is a creative being, His imagination is unlimited, He is good and kind and most of all He is not hidden, ha he wants the world to know about Him, He needs the world to know about Him. He made me in his image and so when I have such thoughts as to be able to affect the world with my gifts in a positive way, I should not feel big headed, I should know that the world needs me to share my gift with them, I should be proud to share this gift and not be daunted by situations and people who make me feel that I have nothing to offer.

I understand that I am part of a whole that I need to function positively to so that I can positively play my role as a member of the whole or my position will be usurped by another. The thing is if we don't live the life that God wants us to live, He will fill that gap with someone else who can live that life. I am amazed that people who do not believe in God use the Bible principles of asking, believing and receiving. I am amazed that they apply the laws of rugged Faith much more than Christian apply this law. We are so luke warm in our use of faith that we ask without believing or expecting, we pray so hard that all that prayer is in vain because we don't believe that it will really happen.

I now understand that I have to operate in the now, I have to live what I want to be. I will explain, I have a daughter who I believe is a fantastic singer, she knows with all her heart that she is going to be a super star, what I do is because I now understand the laws of faith, I treat her like a super star, I feed her imagination, I tell her she is the best, while I correct her when she makes mistakes, I make her understand that she can be whatever she wants to be as long as she keeps that dream alive in her. I am looking out for her in ways I know will keep that dream alive in her. I will do this for all my children once they realise whatever it is they want be in life. The same applies to my life, I will never allow anyone to ever stand in the ways of my imagination, my thoughts or dreams, as to be honest that shows I don't have faith in myself or my God given abilities.

The truth is that many wives allow their husbands to dictate their destiny, it is so important that we understand that while the Husband is the head of the home, it is his duty , to help his wife realise her dreams as much as it's the wife's duty to always be a part of exploding her husband's dreams and destiny.

My prayer is that women will understand that they need to know how much power they have and how to harness that power for good. How to be an effective part of a whole. How to operate in a way that their gifts will not only make way for them but for their families in general.
